I have school and work and my personal life to contend with now so I won't be able to micromanage everthing myself.
If you are interested, I'd prefer an EMAIL. Yes, that's right an email. Why? Because I'll see that even if I'm offline. And I know you all have email or you couldn't be here.
I want 3 crew.
1 person for managing the forums.
1 person for finding new members.
1 person for updating me via email or IM what's going on when I'm not able to strictly be on Gaia.
It does NOT mean that those positions are all inclusive, if I choose you as crew, you are welcome to dabble in all 3 areas, I just want you to focus on your area.
I will choose crew this weekend, you will know by the end of Monday or sooner. Crew chosen will also be listed on important people announcement.

What I want you to include in your application:
~Since you will be emailing me I need to know your username.
~How long you've been on Gaia. I don't need proof that you've had older accounts if you have. Most of us have. I just don't want someone who's joined yesterday to be a guild crew.
~How many posts in the guild have you made?
~How much gold have you donated to the guild. How much would you be willing to donate?
~How much time are you on Gaia. How much of that do you plan to use towards the guild/killing threads?
~What is the best way for me to contact you?
~What position are you primarily interested in, why?
~Would you be willing to accept a different position if offered?
~What do you believe you can contribute to the guild that you don't necessarily feel others can?
~Include other information you feel would be good for me to know.

See, I'm not sure if I wanna be crew or not. It seems like a big responsibility, and I'm not sure I'm ready for Gaia-responsibility. D;

I know, there are at least a few people I would have sworn would have wanted to be crew. =P
I don't think finding new members would be that hard if you're on Gaia in the CB a lot. confused

If you give me even a half hearted application attempt I will probably accept it since I likez you. And the other individual who applied doesn't care about what position he gets. And I will probably accept him too.
Unless I get an influx of applications where I have to really look through and decide, which I don't see happening any time soon. neutral
