.::Chione::. Name: ChioneGender: FemaleDust: Snow LeopardStage: BottlePersonality: First and foremost, Chione is imperious in both thought and action. She has a better-than-you attitude in nearly all matters. This cause Chione to hold herself aloof from other people. She remains solitary and is unaccustomed to interacting with others; she believes herself to be a pack of one and doesn't feel she needs others.
When (and if) Chione deigns to involve herself with someone, particuarly a stranger, she shows a calm facade despite the wariness she will be feeling. Chione can turn hostile in such situations if she feels she has not been shown respect. Due to her imperious nature, she will not view you as an equal, but neither will she underestimate a stranger who could potentially be at her throat the instant the instant her back is turned. Chione is wary as she would be if she met a fellow hunter. Safety first.
Chione is very possesive. If she comes to accpet you after the first few encounters, Chione will consider you hers. As her belonging she will be greatly affronted if someone dares mess with you in a way she finds offensive. "It (yes, she refers to people as 'it') is mine, you have no right!" the idea goes. When she hunts you down, and she will try, the offender had best have an excellent explanation for their actions. If not, well she won't eat you despite her threats, but she will be more than willing to turn them into mince meat. Chione takes is very personally when someones bothers a possesion she believes to be hers.
To compact this, Chione tends to be very demanding. Much like a spoiled princess, Chione believes she has the right to anything she wants. If she does want something, it must be hers. Also, Chione believes that the majority of people exist to serve her whims; she believes if she tells someone to do something, they must do it immediately. People are hers to command.
Initially Chione held a grudgingly-given, affectionate disdain for her guardian. As her provider and father figure, Chione thought Sable to be her favorite belonging. As such, Chione granted Sable some rights such as allowing him to cook her meals, clean the house, be her chauffeur, ect. This is changing the longer Chione is outside her bottle and able to interact with Sable. Despite her behavior Chione has a deeply buried sense of insecurity (which can be seen through her subtle paranoia). Sable's willingness to accept and help her adapt is causing the child to develop an honest affection and trust for her guardian. Sable hopes to one day rid Chione of this and enable her to be more open and trusting with people.

.::Sable::. Name: SableAge: 23Occupation: n/aPersonality: Sable is a compassionate, caring man. He's very reasonable in handling problems. Unless he is asked very nicely and given puppy-dog eyes. Then he's totally helpless.
While Sable cannot say not when kindly asked to do something, he has no such difficulties denying Chione. It's just not in her personality to ask, she'll demand. Her imperious nature is strange and foreign to Sable. He doesn't understand her but is trying to.
Part of Sable's effort to understand and improve relationships with Chione is his willingness to work with her. However, he sometimes worries about his methods in teaching the child. He believes that it will be worthwhile in the end though. Sable tries to alter the way Chione treats people and tasks by appealing to her inner hunter. Starting with simple things around the house, Sable plans to expand beyond that if Chione shows improvement. For starters, Sable is teaching Chione is cook. "What kind of majestic hunter cannot prepare her own food?" he asked her which offended her pride so greatly she took part in Sable's training. He wanted to use the term "hunt" but thought it would fit better when he takes her shopping for the actual food. He is anticipating enough trouble with that one.
Chione responded well to picking up after herself when Sable asked what kind of self-respecting hunter (who, in turn, demands the respect from others) would leave her domain filthy. The child's pride couldn't let her do otherwise after that. Side note: Sable gets along with almost everyone he meets. He looks for the good in people. The trouble is that he never gets close to anyone. While giving the appearance of a social butterfly, Sable is actually rather withdrawn. He doesn't let anyone close and has very few friends. History: Sable is an only child from a small town. His parents doted on him but were firm in teaching him virtues such as kindness, patience, and understanding. Sable took these lessons to heart. Family: The only family Sable communicates with is his sister, Larissa.
