Post on here what I can do and that is in my power to make things better for those that are active? I want this guild to become alive again and since my last long in at least a few more places are starting to see a little bit more life... but I need your help as members to tell me what I can do to help.

I guess the best thing is to narrow down exactly what it is we'd like to get out of this guild. Yaoi and Yuri are such broad topics that it seems strange we can't find much to talk about, but maybe we're intimidated because we think it's too broad?
Maybe have weekly or monthly debates or discussions about certain topics, and posts discussing certain series?
I'm not very good at chatting aimlessly. I always feel embarrassed about sounding boring, but I love to talk, talk, talk about smaller topics.

You can join, I am not forcing people out. I just want to make sure people who come have active people to talk to.

I know I really want to do that but if I post up everything I feel like I am god modding over everything and running this place basically by myself is hard to do. However Rasabon if you have ideas or believe you have a few ways to help people post more would you like to be on the crew to help me out?

Personally, I think if you made a crew application layout, you could appoint crew to help you more with the guild. I would be happy to help make the guild active. I have an active love of Yaoi and Yuri. So hawt. 
Anyway, also an idea would be to have an activeness rule. To post AT LEAST four times a week. You can send bulletins to members to let them know a new activeness rule has been implemented.
I also think advertising would be a good idea. I know someone whose great at banners, and could make a very nice one for the guild. 3nodding
She's very skilled. Tell me if you'd like me to ask her. She helps me with banners for my own guilds. Check my siggy for an example of her skill. smile

What about the people that rarely get on gaia,their are people that only get on once a week if at most so this activeness rule i see,would be unfair to people that don't get on much and don't have time to post 4 times.
(I don't know if i can say anything at all since i just joined today and this is my first post in the guild.)

I do agree with Hollow Redemption. My sisters had babies and live at home. I don't get a lot of time on line because sine my younger sister is in school and my older is working, I have to take care of the babies (cause I've yet to find another job).
It would be highly unfair to set such a hard standard. But once a week would be good and for extreme cases maybe a few times a month at the least.
(I can't say much I'm a phantom member myself, lol)

I will create a crew request sheet. I'll even add that up as a thread so it can be accessed by anyone at any time. When I'm done with the sheet I'll paste the URL in here as a note to those that also read over it that I've already done that.
As for the banners, yes I would love lots of banners and images for the guild. I fell back on how to grow with the technology.
Also for the idea of making it a rule for how often you must post. That is cruel. I've owned this guild from the beginning and having that rule for when I was Demonic Kimiko-Chan didn't work at all. Yet it would be a good idea if that was possible for everyone. Yet like most people with the Economy we are all suffering from a lack of cash flow which means more hours doing something else than having fun. So sadly I will not make a requirement for how often you must post. Heh, because I'm not even able to do that every day. So that would make me break my own rule.
