I only joined because it was my choice to after getting an invite, and I leave of my own free will too. Usually, I accepted invites like that just because I'm too nice to decline them. Honestly, I think I shouldn't have accepted it in the first place. It's one of those things I wholeheartedly regret about my five or so years as a part of the Gaian community. What I don't regret about this is taking some of MY time out of working on my last-minute comparative politics and prehistoric archaeology reports to log on and formally give you my resignation as part of the crew and part of the clan.
I'm left with the bitterness of just lingering in here to say all of this in this guild. Yeah, I would go about deleting every trace of my presence in the subforums, but nah. I'm too lazy, but I'm also busy with researching some political history of the Ferdinand Marcos dictatorship in the Philippines. I'm not as stressed now as I was earlier in the year, now that I'm just in college. Not too much preparation now, much much less stress too. It's all good here in my world. But not here in the guild. :'D
And so in the words of some of my very dearly beloved friends.... I'll keep their words in whatever colors they posted in:
"thanks for NOTHING, scumbags. Have a nice life, and don't forget to play in traffic."
"ICH HASSE EUCH ALLE. Und du saugst. Bälle.
...........auch, deine Mutter. B|
Din mor.
Ta mère.
Tu madre.
Tua madre.
Ouin sudran."
"Ang nanay mo."
"Oh, and your MOTHER."
On a last note:

And...
"Faen ta deg."
