Draka The Solitary Vice Captain

As you enter the small one room house you notice that there is only a bed and a small kitchen area where only easy to make foods can be prepared. There is a table and a couple chairs around it in the center of the room and to your right is a closet that is locked. The home barely seems used due to the layer of dust on some of the objects.

*Amelie ran through the streets seemingly lost, noticing a home she ran to the door and knocked frantically. This would teach the castle to pick on her, she decided she simply wouldn't come home. Quickly wiping the smug smile from her lips she continued to knock on the door.*

Draka opened the door and stared at the girl before him she looked to be lost, but he really didn't care, at first anyway, then he felt an odd connection to her.
"What is it?" his voice sounded cheerful even for the direct statement.

*Amelie looked back and forth frantically searching for the gaurds but seeing none she smiled up to the stranger.* "May I come in?"

"Of course where I my manners, please do come in."
He stood so he could hold the door as he gestured for her to enter his small home.
"So what is it you need? You seem like someone may have been trying to follow you.

Draka sighed, it seemed to him the girl was a little more intent on just doing things regardless of what he said but his mannerisms caught hold and that odd familiar connection came back.
"Yes of course, Drink?" He said motioning to a selection of liquor.

*She thought about the drink then politely shook her head.* "No. Thank you." *Her words sounded automatic as she spoke and plastered on a courteous smile.* "I'm very sorry to bother you in your residence--" *She stopped and thought for a second, she had her extremely long hair thrown up in a popular bun style, and she doned a maids clothes she had bribed her for. She didn't want to give away her being royal by her speech and that alone. She smiled smugly to herself and to her trick.*

Draka found the woman rather odd, but he decided not to say anything eyeing her garbs he went to fetch himself a cup with a dark liquid that in the dim light of his home seemed black.
He gestured to a seat for her to take, "Now how may I be of service?"

*Amelie looked to the seat and gingerly sat down, her hands folded on her lap properly.* "I. . . . . well . . . . . " *She thought about her next lie and decided to stay as close to the truth as possible.* "You see, I was trying to escape from a few people and your house was the first one I happened upon." *She stood at random and looked to the door.* "I'm sure they've passed by now if I am a bother. I shall head out." *She caught her speech again and damned herself inwards before advancing towards the door.*

Draka blocked the door, he was curious about her and he could smell the presence of several people outside, very fresh and he didn't want this woman who had stumbled upon his home to be caught. That wouldn't fare well with him at all.
"No please do sit, there are several men outside moving away slowly but I wouldn't be so hasty, besides you are no bother to me at all." In fact she was quite the opposite. He felt invigorated around her it had been a while since he felt this way, but then it clicked. She could control the dead. It was the only thing that made sense.
"Now how may I be of service to you, necromancer?" His voice was kind but respective. Natural for one of his kind.

"I don't need any help really I only-" *She stopped and placed a hand over her mouth. Her aunt had told her never to tell anyone what she was, it was forbidden in the royal family, and Marin had been the one to teach her everything. She stood and saw him still in front of the door so slowly inched towards the nearest window.* "I don't know what your talking about." *She said sweetly and innocently. Her smile never faltered though even ask her mind damned her mouth again for being reckless.*

Draka went to the table and sat down chuckling, "Please do not be alarmed, my kind and your particular skill set have a certain tie. I can always tell when one is a necromancer or is a practitioner of the art."
He motioned for her to take a seat and offered her a cup of tea. He sipped a goblet of his own liquid. He had caught her and if she had any sense she would just sit down and chat with him for a moment. He had no intent on harming her, though unlike others of his kind he did not have to obey her every word, but his natural instincts were taking hold and being respective and kind were at the forefront of his mind.
"I will not harm you and I will not tell anyone of your secret. Do not worry you can be safe here from anything necromancer." Draka gave her a smile and began sipping slowly and deliberately from his goblet again.

*Amelie continued inching towards the window none the less.* "No thank you for the drink. . .. . . . I have to be going though." *She shook her head then sighed deeply and let her curiosity take over.* "Your kind?"

Draka chuckled, "You must be a poorly taught necromancer, I am a Daemon. Made to protect, and serve those who created us. Necromancers."
Draka's dark eyes flashed a quick but brilliant blood red before they returned to normal. Whether she liked it or not he was somewhat in her service now. But he began to wonder that her clothes were not her own, as necromancers were normally well off. Not peasants, surfs, or maids. He was slightly confused as to why she was dressed as one. Maybe that is why she was running from those men chasing them.
