Maverick smiled after purchasing the home. "This will suit me perfectly for vacations" he said to himself. His home was located in a slightly remote area. away from the city. He was never into being in busy due to his past experiences with living in big cities. remote areas were always more quiet. He walked in to inspect the house. it was perfect. large rooms, three bathrooms one with a fancy large bath tub a huge kitchen. "Perfect..." he said before he locked up the home and vanished from the house.

"You must be Maverick's play thing." Draka laughed as he spoke and brushed right by her stepping in side, "I need to see him is he here?"

The girl growled "Excuse me?! I am not his play thing I am the guardian of the house. It is rude to intrude in such a manner. He is here and he is not" he told the man

"What ever your title is you do not have the right to tell me what is rude and what is not." He eyed her. He liked toying with people it was one of his vices.
"Now if you will kindly go get him and let him know that his employer is here then I wont have to get nasty." He said with a smirk showing off a row of sharpened teeth. but his voice was not threatening or mean at all it was very controlled and happy and nice.

The woman growled "Oh no you didnt!" she growled as electricity started to crackle and flow from all parts of her body. "Sentry mode activated...." She declared as her body transformed. Once she was fully transformed she pointed her arm at the intruder and started charging up a plasma burst
Maverick entered the room "Stand down" he told her in a firm tone.She growled but did as she was told. transforming back to her original self. "Sorry bout that, She is created with AI so she can think for herself as she guards the house... what can i do for you?"

Draka shrugged and chuckled.
"You should have let her attack, it would have fun to stretch out. Anyway I just want to drop by and compliment you on your humble abode. You are definitely not worried about getting noticed at all."
Draka looked at the sentry and gave her another smile.

Maverick smiled "Why thank you. and no i am not worried one bit. After all with my sentry here im sure she can protect it if she doesnt destroy it first." he laughed "They say a man's home is his castle so i like to make mine look as much of a castle as i can. " he grinned "If you were to see some of my other homes you might start to wonder who i really am." he laughed a bit more." Any ways. make yourself at home if you wish. Watch out with Karen though she can be a little to much at times. Oh and dont let that look she has fool you, she changes from time to time depending on the mood im in. those looks are something i put together for her to trick people that she is really a vulnerable person"

He stared at the sentry and chuckled, "Vulnerable protecting your home? I know you better than that, but I can't stay I have a contract in the makings just have to get the client to sign on it. But I will be sure to drop by and harass Karen whenever I get bored!"
He smiled and waved as he turned placing his hands in some pockets on his coat he began walking out the front door before he turned and spoke to the sentry, "Oh and uh By the way your still just a plaything." He chuckled at his joke before he disappeared with his blinding speed.

Maverick laughed before looking over to karen. she looked pissed. "What ails you Karen?" he asked
"You know! damit what a annoying man!" she pouted
"Im having a guest come over so you better behave understood?"
"Yes sir!... ill start getting dinner and stuff ready then!"

Maverick appeared in front of the house with her still wrapped in his arms. He slowly released her and smiled. "umm sorry if the hug was too sudden.I just wanted to make sure you arrived here in one piece." he told her as he turned to his home "Welcome to my place. I just bought it not to long ago. Decided it was better then going back to the camp and having you stay there.... so what do you think?" he asked her

Her eyes were closed during the entire encounter. From the moment he put his arms around her, Sage focused all her energy on keeping her wings with in her body. If his hand would have been between her shoulder blades, he would feel the trying to break free. Breathing in and out evenly she took in his presence and it was.. Well she couldn’t explain it but once she felt safe to do so she opened her eyes. Looking around she saw the home and smiled. “That was crazy!” she said breathlessly. Her hand ran down her back and scratches a little as she moved away from him slowly. “It's beautiful," she said softly as she looked around the place. "How long ago did you buy it?" she softly said moving over to a window looking out and over the senery. Memories started to fade softly in and out making her look kind of spacey. "So is the shower upstairs?" she asked looking up and to the left.

Maverick smirked. "I got it a few hours ago....and yep the shower is upstairs." he told her as he opened the door for her. "Make yourself at home. My home is yours for as long as you wish to stay" he told her as he led her inside. "Oh dinner will be ready soon. There is extra clothing in one of the rooms, you can wear them freely if you wish"
