Okay, So me and the VC Draka have gotten alot of complaints. . . . alot! Everyone simple rules and role playing etiquette.
No God Modding, or Auto Hitting, or what's another term I've heard of before minus the cursing, I think Flaming. I don't really know, or care what you call it but it has to stop, I'm sending out warning to a few people and after that I'm sorry if you haven't stopped you'll be banned.
Great Exp. Provided by Maverick!
on NPCs its ok, but on NPC leaders or other baddies heck even other playable players, it is not good.
its like me saying
me:I pull out my sword
you: I prepare to fight you
Me: I rush at you and slash you in half. i sheath my sword
see how auto hitting ruins RPs?
Look this is a first and final warning. . . . . . .

I was talking with butters about this and we refined this a bit more.
Basicly NPCs like bandits or lackies are fair game. they are not important characters after all they are just there to take up space and cause a challenge.
Leaders are the main issue. everyone knows leaders should be harder to take down cause they are leaders. they have to have a reason to be at the top of their group right? so of course they will be tougher.
We came to a conclusion that auto hitting is acceptable as long as the effects of the auto hit is left the the player that the hit was put on.it should be their decision to see to it what happens to their character after they are hit. below is a example of this from the RP
EX: "Sir yes sir! they said as they headed to the door. One of the crusader close to Marzela shield bashed her sending her off balance as he retreated. "
As you can see these are the auto hits that should be ok. they do not ruin the RP because they give the person a choice weather or not to be affected by the incident.
when in doubt talk to the person you are RPing with and work out a plot line on what you want to happen. make sure you both agree so that things dont get out of control.
God modding. there are thin lines on it, so i wont be the one to say much about it since each place has its own rules on it

I'll throw in my two cents.
Just ask yourself, "Would it bug me if someone did this to me?" The easiest way to fight, I've determined, is to say what kind of attack you're doing and where you're aiming it, and leave it up to the other person to decide whether they get hit, how hard they get hit, or if they are able to dodge or block at all. Of course, this doesn't work so well when the other person doesn't use good judgment... I guess just be careful.
And like I said, ask yourself if it would bother you if someone did that to you. Preferably before you post. It's why I preview everything and read it over before I post it.
Hope I could help.

I like the give and take style and i try to be honest with my rp's if someone launches an attack at point blank range my character will more than likely get hit unless i can think of some loophole in the post.
Basically we want rping to be fair so that requires honest role players. We are constantly monitoring posts trying to keep up with everything that is going on however sometimes there is just not enough hours in the day. So please do not be unfair and just allow your character to get some damage here and there no one is invincible.

Well right now only crew members have active NPCs or you can use them just against your own characters. It is discouraged though to make a npc and use it against other people all the time.
