Takami looked silently out the window of the host club, he let out a huge sigh as he watched as a few people walk in and out of the building. It all seemed so...boring. The host club was on hold until after the holidays, it seemed that most everyone had gone out to villa's and family homes, he on the other hand wanted to stay here with his Haruhi.
'Haruhi Why do you make daddy so unhappy! Why can't you just be a good girl and LISTEN!'
He said aloud with the usual stream of tears going down his face, going to the corner with his mushroom cultivation. He missed them, all of them. It was so unfair that Haruhi wasn't rich, they could have all gone and had fun had she accepted his offer!

Haruhi wasn't about to accept his offer of paying for some extravagant trip to Milan or Paris or Timbuktu or wherever it was that he was willing to take her, she was wanting to spend the holidays with her father, he needed her and she needed him and besides, the less time she was around Tamaki the better "oh brother" she groaned softly to herself as she stepped into the club room, thinking that since everyone HAD gone away for the holidays she could get in one last day or studying before she had to get gifts and set up for the holidays and what not, though, when Haruhi entered the club room and noticed a certain king in the corner growing mushrooms again she realised that maybe she came at the wrong time, turning around she quickly left before Tamaki saw her. Haruhi cared for Tamaki, she truely did and deeply to but when one wants to relax and not worry about anyone or anything and just study, the worlds most obnoxious man isn't who she wanted to see and given he was still here it was apparent that he was going to be here all through the holidays, great, just what she didn't want and so it was time to make a quick exist out and maybe go hide in some random building or something till she knew he was gone and hoped he didn't see her.

Tamaki heard the soft sound of a door shutting, but didn't think much of it as he stared out the window. With a deep sigh he decided it was time to take a walk, he hadn't seen her come towards the club room form the normal route most people took, so he assumed she was at home or out shopping at that place commoners called a grocery store. It still baffled him how they could do such strange things and be POOR on top of it all.
Stepping down from the window sill he started walking towards the door, opening it slowly only to catch something out of the corner of his eyes. Could it be? Did she come to see him? Almost as if in slow motion he moved his head to the side to get a full glimpse of Haruhi getting ready to walk down the stares. Sparkles begun to float around his face as he started to run towards her in a full sprint.
"So you do care about daddy! You came to see me and invite me to diiinnnnneeeerrrrr!"
He made assumptions as tears of joy ran down his face.

As the Host Club king grabbed on to her she ended up tripping and falling down a few stairs but caught her balance again and just gleared back at Tamaki and stood there "Tamaki senpai do you mind? I have to use the library before the school shuts for the holidays and you are not helping any" she said as she also contemplated going to the store for her and her father also, she had to pick something up for dinner tonight "can you please let me go? I don't have time to deal with you right now" she said as she tried to shake him off, for a lazy king he had more strength then one would of first thought, then again she was carrying several books and was tired and wanting this day to be over with so maybe her heart (or muscles) were really into shaking him off.

He didn't seem to notice that Haruhi nearly fell down the stairs, taking him with her he simply wanted to spend time. Was that so much to ask for, she always acted as if he were a burden or some commoner house fly! Listening to her statement his face got a bit more serious, then loosened a little on her arm, not enough for her to get away.
"I see...so you wanted to use the library huh? A strange thing to do on ones holiday break...but if commoners do it then.."
He let go of her and snatched her books in one fluid motion, making sure to run down half the stairs before she noticed what was going on.
"Then i shall accompany you to the library and carry your books! Don't worry Haruhi! Daddy is taking care of the heavy books for you!"
He said as he sparkled and nearly floated down the last flight of stairs turning the corner going towards the library

Haruhi blinked and at what just happened, not even able to get an word in edge ways and was now wondering what to do what to do, Haruhi could easily go after Tamaki, sit in the library whilst he makes some strange annoying and obnoxious comments and what not or just leave now and go home, she will just collect her books from him some other time, like when he will show up at her house in an hours time, once he realizes she was 'missing' and drop her books off to her "I can't belive im doing this..." she sighed to herself and headed downstairs and to the library. Maybe she could go away for a week, just by herself, if she qxplained to her father why then maybe he would be alright if she went to visit her grandparents or something, she didn't know how much she could put up with this, ever since she met Tamaki all it has been is headache after headache, she can handle it but still there is only so much one can handle when it comes to people like Tamaki and she wanted out, just time to herself, after spending every day with Tamaki and the rest of the club is she not allowed some alone time to herself? "Tamaki Senpai!" She called as she finally reached up to him "can I please have my books back?" She asked, holding her hand out to take them.

At this point he was less then 14 steps from the library, not even noticing if Haruhi had followed or not. His face was glowing with small sparkles surrounding him and small giggles. His trance was broken by her voice, pulling him back into reality. He stopped in mid stride to look at her with a wide smile.
"Now now Haruhi, just leave it to daddy! Were almost at the library! See!"
He spun around a few times floating in the direction of the library with a wide signature smile on his face.

Haruhi sighed and entered the library and shook her head "I am tired, it has been a long day and you are annoying me greatly!" Haruhi yelled at him, as she quickly walked up to him and grabbed the books from him, she was usually more composed then this, rarely yelling or anything like it but when you come across someone like Tamaki, well, your calm composure usually left the building for a moment. "If you will please excuse me, I am going home" she said as she turned and started to leave "and no, Tamaki Senpai, I do not need a ride home" she said, knowing that he would of offered her one since 'walking home' is probably a foreign thing in Tamaki's world and she knew he would of offered her a ride which was the last thing she wanted and besides, the walk would do her good, especially the nice cool breeze thats around at this time of year.

Before he could even open his mouth she had declined what he was going to ask, he also realized a few seconds to late that she had snatched her books back as well. Hearing her say something about this 'walk home' he decided it would be a great idea to go along, maybe it was a fun commoner outing? He started to trail behind Haruhi, realizing he needed some kind of excuse to tag along, sense for some unknowing reason she seemed irritated...
A small light bulb popped over his head as he thought of the perfect idea.
"Then i will escort you home! Doing this walking home that you speak of. For you never know what type of dangers you could run into by yourself!"
He said as he started fluttering towards the door unchanged by Haruhi's mood, feeling he was doing some good.

"Tamaki senpai, have you LOOKED outside a window?" She said gesturing to one of the huge ones in the hallway "it is not even four in the afternoon yet, if anything, I will be home before it gets dark and by that time it is usually more dangerous then what it is now, I can handle walking home by myself, thank you for the offer but please, leave me alone" she said as she left, this was getting her nowhere, where were the twins when you needed them? At least they gave her some 'protection' against Tamaki, same with Mori and even Kyouya did in his own way, but now, with them not around, she was practically a sitting duck which wasn't TOO bad, she could handle Tamaki but still, having them around did help.

"But Haruhi! Daddy only wants whats best for yooou!"
He screamed as he extended his hand and tears started flowing down his face in an act of self pity. Looking down to the ground for a moment, he looked back up following her now with the ever dreaded 'puppy dog face'. A small stream of tears still fell from his eyes as he trailed behind her.
"Haaaruuuuhhhhiiii~"
He said in a pitiful voice.

She wasn't going to turn around, she wasn't going to turn around, she wasn't going to turn around...at least thats her first thought and for a while, as she left the school grounds and carried on walking to town it worked, she was fine but then she finally realized people were starting to look at them and whisper to themselves different things about the situation which is when she sighed and turned around "fine, walk beside me, but please just don't talk to me, I have had enough of you for one day" she said, once again not liking this attitude she was giving Tamaki but what could she do? She was tired and Tamaki wasn't making things easier for her. Haruhi thought back to club activities and it is it is times like this she found it hard he was the reserved, formal, polite and well mannered Host Club King, if only the customers knew his 'non public view self', would they still be as willing to ask for him? Haruhi sighed and shook her head to clear it, the only thing she wanted stopped was this whole 'daddy' thing and no matter how much she told him not to do it he seemed to do it more which was troublesome and annoying.
