Background: Almost a thousand years ago technology expand ten times the approximated guess of evolution. We now have hover rigs- crafts that use magnetic forces to move itself, hover ball- camera, calendar, computer, networking, address book, and so on installed into your own head; and smart matter- a form of plastic like material that when used with a hyper tonic sound wave it can be molded in to certain forms like houses, its reusable, environment friendly, and it used every where for normal life.
Past that, there are tons of new surges. The surges are only granted to those with parent consent unless you are over the age of 19. The surge is used to give you any form you want and changes of your body. For instance if you have acne, they can remove it and the scars, if you are to short, they can change your height to average level. The universe was changed and is still changing.
However that’s not the point! I am 19, I have cyber technology planted with in my body. I have special abilities, ones the government is using as a test subject... ILLEGALLY ON ME! So here is the thing, I am apart of my city's main frame system of Cybernet. My mind is composed of a computer and a human life. Yet, I need out of the city! With my computer set mind, I can check my emails/pings, check the net, jump 35ft in the air, punch in to smart matter and leave dents which normally breaks people's bones like shattered glass, and with in the net I am free to read others net info. This is were my problem all started.
I got interested in some one's web images. Their hover cam was watching them and well... I fell in love. However, I sent them a ping stating: Hey, I looked you up on the main screen net page. I wanted to see if you would help me out with a story.
That’s all it said!! Then I get back: Sure, its a date for tomorrow then. I'm just a little busy today, my boyfriend is coming over.
Yeah, that still is not the bad part. I used the guy's hover cam to watch them... and even when they... did stuff. So, I skipped the meet up in person and now we are writing each other more and more. Now he wants to meet me, but... here is my problem... I am about 200 ft under ground with in the governments tech research center. I am their test subject! I can not get out unless its through the net! What am I going to do!

Surges: Surgeries that allowed you to change your mind, appearance, and strength; however what ever the City you live in the rules change for what is allowed.
City: Each “City” is actually its own Government it is like what we would call a “State”.
Rules: Rules are known as agreements.
Agreements: Every government must agree to what is legal in their city. However there is a small change that agreements must also be safe for every City. This means that no one is allowed to have unhuman like powers unless they are “Specials”.
Specials: Thing of these people like the strong, scary, body builders; yet their bodies are changed with genetic surges to help them be stronger than anyone around. These people are like the security of every City. Some Cities keep the Specials in the dark since they do not always have pretty appearances.
Face Rank: The more you are known the more things you can do such as get a bigger place, better clothing, better or new surges, and so on.
School: Schools are optional. Matter in fact after the age of sixteen high school is done. All schools are extra classes that allow you to get higher into Face Ranks. If you complete over twenty-three years of schooling, starting from K, than you have a better life style and are allowed to have a “Family” and or “Pets“ depending on your job.
Family: Well you have to be given permission to have children. There isn’t a lot of living space in the world any more. Which means that there is either one to two children maybe every other married couple.
Pets: Are rare, most people have animals like birds however cats and dogs are very rare. If someone has a cat or a dog they not only have a high face rank but also have high schooling way past that of a twenty-three schooling. Note: Cats and dogs might be cloned animals saved in a cryobank type area.
