Hm, I'm no stranger to guild organization so how about...
A monthly activity prize. Nothing big, but the person who has been most active in the guild, either in post count or in recruiting other members, gets an item or some gold. Greed is always the best incentive to keep things tidy and up to date.
The Justice League guild I'm in at one point had a funny, DC-related 'Yo Momma' battle going on, we could probably start something like that in the OOC subforum to trade Harry Potter related jokes. Just to prove we aren't all hardasses, anyway.
Also, instead of having a single Hogsmeade thread, it may be an idea to have Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley subforums, as well as a subforum for Hogwarts. A lot of our members still play students, after all.
Well, those are my suggestions, hopefully at least one of them will be worth its salt.

A hogwarts subforum is a good idea...if people actually wanted to rp though..
Or did you mean for non roleplay? The threads would be easy enough to move about.

Maybe we should have an artist's corner? Maybe some contests for that?
I'm an artist m'self, and I think that would be something fun, little mini galleries so that members can look and enjoy others work.

I think that's an excellent idea Princess. I just don't want to move things without MV's okay since its her guild. But I'm all for your idea.
