EVERYONE IS AT RISK OF DELETION


How to prevent it: Respond to the announcement I sent out.


What do these things mean?

Processing for Permanent Deletion: You are being deleted and you can not return. (Due to lack of profiles and posts during your membership)

Processing for Deletion: You have not responded or you do not meet our requirements- or both.

Deliberating: Something with your character is wrong or unacceptable. You may change your character, make a new one or leave. (If you find this next to a canon it means your role playing abilities are in question. You may PM me to affect my decision or you may wait for me to decide on my own whether you can keep control of the canon or not.)

Probation: You may still role play in the guild but we will be keeping an eye on you.

Pending: You have yet to respond and we have not reached the due date.

Safe: You may stay in the guild and keep your character that are listed.


What does it mean when my profile name is "pending" but my characters are "safe"? This means your characters are 100% acceptable but you have yet to respond to the announcement. (Note that this only applies to persons with multiple characters. If you only control one character then your characters are considered "safe" when you are "safe" or "pending".)
