Like his younger sibling, the advanced, far more appreciated little Orinkage Joteru, he was born of a demon and the infamous Uchiha who bore the Susano 'O.
Sharingan
He may be Jonin, but his weak side is his Sharingan. It's painfully embarrassing, like not having an identity, if you were an Uchiha and your sight would suffer everytime you attempted to use the sharingan in any form, would you be embarrassed too?
Jinkotsu
A strange double ended katana variant with a useless bell. Jinkotsu is one of the many things Omehu is famous for. He adapted genjutsu and chakra focus styles to create his own fighting style with Jinkotsu. Because Jinkotsu is a curved, scythe like sword, (and because of size) it can only be used for specific attacks. Either striking down, from the side, or horizontally. Jinkotsu is a heavy sword, once it is sent in a direction it won't stop or be moved in another until it's velocity decreases.
However, it's upside is what techniques you can use to make attack much easier.
Jinkotsu~ Shin No Ippo (One side of the soul)
Nikaido Heiho is a style of three forms represented by the kanji or 'Chinese' Character for 'One', 'Eight', and 'Ten'. Iconographically the three join together to create the forced character 'hei', thus 'heiho'. Most feared aspect? "One Side of the Soul". Shin no Ippo- A secret technique to paralyze, in which the user casts 'chi' (in this case chakra) into the eyes of his opponent (genjutsu). In modern generations (such as this) most refer Shin no Ippo as an instant hypnosis which makes them believe they have no will power to fight and thus they can't force themselves to move because they originally believed they had no will power or that they cannot fight their opponent.
Jinkotsu~ Reverse Shin no Ippo
Few of those who studied Nikaido Heiho actually ventured further than the original technique to cast a hypnosis or genjutsu on an opponent. Rather, those few, like Omehu, believed you could reverse the technique and cast it on yourself. Thus reverse form was born. In this form, it was the same idea as the original, but you would make yourself believe you were something. Like; I AM STEEL. Or; I CANNOT LOSE. and thus the user becomes what they believe.
Ink Jutsu
Omehu, surprisingly, looked up to Sai as a mentor and learned Sai's jutsu considering Omehu had nothing but the Jinkotsu. With his passion for 'art' he evolved his jutsu into something a little more complicated though he can still do many of the things Sai could.
Ink Jutsu~ Paper Pond
Paper Pond is where a puddle of ink will form around the opponent, dissolving them into ink and the ink 'person' will be cast upon his sketchbook where the only thing that threatens the opponent is Omehus creations and the pen. Unfortunately, this jutsu drains alot of chakra and must be done within sixty seconds or else Omehu won't have any chakra in reserve. The opponent exists as nothing but an ink outline on the paper, moving, and thinking. But then, within the sixty seconds, Omehu draws an army, or uses a pre-drawn army of ink creatures that will attack the opponent and hopefully render them useless. If the jutsu fails, it backfires and renders Omehu useless, worn out, and left for dead.
Wolf Omatsu
The story behind how Omehu became known as 'The Blue Wolf of Konoha'. It was about the age of three his mother began teaching him ihs demon chakra nature abilities and the, like his sister, naturally bound single tailed beast within him. This beast is known as 'Wolf Omatsu', the one tailed blue wolf. The beast is quiet in nature and can easily be ashamed of itself. It isn't really a violent known beast because it prefers to remain hidden and silent, unknown. The beast is wise, and known greatly for thinking things through. However, Omatsu is female. Therefore, when connected with a being (male OR female) she will affect their appearance severely. Thus the reason Omehu looks vaguely homo-sexual. One way he has been affected is with glistening dark blue hair, though Omatsu is known to have silver hair, and another way is his choice in clothing. Most people who have tailed beasts tend to...well, STAND OUT, and Omehu is the definition of such. His clothing is 'robe' like and tends to be in multiple shades of cold ice blue.
Wolf Omatsu~ Omatsu
Omatsu is known to rarely appear in her 'Avatar' form where she posses' the one in which she is attached to, but bends their body into her form. Her avatar form is female, and quite fragile in appearance. The only 'wolf' like piece of her outfit is her legs and the fluffy mane of white around her neck, concealing the bottom of her face like a scarf. Her feet appear as paws, yes, long feet but in the form of paws.
Omatsu, in general as the wolf spirit, is by nature a malevolent spirit and has serious trust issues which doesn't help Omehu make any friends. Omatsu is easily flattered by the simplest of things, but she can also be quick to judge and hold a grudge. Omatsu is known for killing off her own 'avatar' (in this case Omehu) at some point due to 'trust issues' and pulls herself into the spirits realm again before being captured in her most vulnerable state.
Wolf Omatsu~ Vulnerable Ghost
Omehu is the only one Omatsu has learned to trust with anything he does even when putting Omatsu into her most vulnerable state. Gathering up her chakra she project a direct incarnate of herself in wolf form to aid her avatar but the problem is, she is still connected to the projection and thus if she is attacked in her slightly transparent form she grows weak and becomes the 'Vulnerable Ghost' because she cannot pull herself into the avatar again. But even though she grew weak inside of the avatar, she is her strongest on the outside, but still vulnerable. Seeing as it's severely risky, Omehu rarely uses this technique.
Wolf Omatsu~ Gathering Storm
Omatsu is water chakra based in nature. Gathering storm is a technique of evasion. What it is, is a large fog that coats an area for nearly a mile and cannot be whisked away with all the chakra lining it to keep it in place. This fog happens to be incredibly thick and even hard to breathe in. However, only Inuzuka and the Omatsu's avatar are able to escape the fog, or see through it.
Wolf Omatsu~ Capsize
Omatsu, is in fact, a new generation spirit and is playful with her words. The technique called 'Capsize' pulls the moisture from trees or plants and springs forth from a branch or cliff, grabs the opponent by the foot, and then freezes them upside down encased in ice.
Wolf Omatsu~ Omatsu Ice
Omatsu has another strange side effect on the avatar. The avatar likes cooked food, but likes it cold or almost room temperature. So, to cool things down quickly the avatar simply uses Omatsu Ice to cool things off. But on an offensive side it turns the moisture on the ground around an opponent into ice and it spikes up at the opponent, threatening to stab into the skin and cause damage.
Biography: Omehu, see fit he was four around the time his mother died and Joteru was two, was closely attached to his mother and wasn't prepared for her untimely illness thanks to Joteru. When Joteru was born, she had taken a lot of their mothers life energy and chakra in heritage due to Jirin, the six tailed weasel. This cast a painful suffering illness of two years before she killed herself from it. The illness forced her to throw up blood and eventually rendered her nearly immobile like infantile paralysis. Her muscles began to deteriorate and this caused a serious blood clot. The blood clot wasn't going away and she was in terrible pain. Among her last few months of life she continuously begged for death and then killed herself. Omehu then disliked Joteru from the start. To lay it on thicker, it was a jealousy thing. Joteru gained all the attention from their father, so when Joteru was five, Omehu seven, he ran away to Konoha. Unfortunately, he was growing up in an era of war and shouldn't have gone through it. He trusted no one but Wolf Omatsu and taught himself that no one was going to be telling him what he wasn't from then on and would become appreciated the way he was. Since then he lived out a rural life under close watch from Kurenai and Shizune and even Sai. Had they known his power beforehand, they would have made sure to hide him in case Naruto was to fail, unfortunately they wouldn't hide him, they didn't know.
