Someone had to put him on so I decided to do it, since I love to talk and talk about details of a character ^ ^;;
Fuery, yes the small (but not smaller than Edward) soldier who found Black Hayate. His glasses seem to have helped Hawkeye in the manga and he is known to work with communications. You see him a lot more in the manga I believe, alongside with Hawkeye. It shows how much intelligence he has when it comes to communications in which he could probably hack the phone lines, in which the military do keep the lines in tack (meaning they record when you use a military phone) so I can see how he can be a help to Roy's team.
He is also a caring man, as we've seen he is the one who brings Black Hayate after seeing it outside in the rain. It shows how much of a kind guy Kain can really be. I wouldn't be surprised if he did kept the canine, but of course he lives in a dorm.
The man looks like the kind who is probably more timid than the others. Looks like the innocent one out of the group of Roy's subordinates, most likely is a shy one. One of the episodes about the 13th warehouse, you can see he gets easily scared, even when he's seeing his own shadow...
