Stired up every one, 12 or so police vehicles and a ambulance. I believe they killed the man. But they may have just restrained him. This is 100% true. Not another bullsh*t thread.

1) I'll be impressed by this when you know the difference between break and brake.

2) The guy was on drugs. Probably PCP or meth. I'd lean towards PCP, since that s**t's supposed to make you go insane.
