I have a suggestion for a way to make profile reeading better.
I wasin a guild that had a...not too familiar with guild terms so bear with me. But a forum in the guild for the accepted profiles arranged in numerical order, one for each race. And there would be one for the lieutenants too, though they could just be placed under their captains and it would be jut as well. this would also make it easier for newcomers to tell who's who and what positions are open to be taken.
