The way this is performed, is when the user conects to the natral chakra around himself and the inner heart chakra in himself and others, he can manipulate the bond of the two and use the chakra as another form of weaponry.

Weakness: The blade has not proven to cut past other storm elements. The hilt of the blade must remain intact for the sword to work. The sword can cut past just about anything, but has a problem cutting past lightning.
Description: The hilt of the blade consumes a small amount of the users water and lightning chakra to create the storm element. Once the storm element is created, the hilt passes the chakra past the 3 power cores in the bottom, middle and tip of itself. Once the cores are charged, the hilt extends the chakra past the middle section and into a chamber held at the tip of the hilt. This chamber holds a Christal that extends the storm element out of the hilt about 4 feet. The blade itself has a ruby red glow to it and is known as one of the seven swords of the mist.
