Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.

Description: The user uses chakra and a weapon usually to create large bursts of wind at an extent. In reality it is not an actual burst of wind but a tornado that came from the user. The wind slashes objects; at most it can cut tree branches. Like a real tornado, the wind expands as it goes farther and hits larger targets. The wind disappears after being shot for twenty feet and at most it widens to fifteen feet. If this hits you will be severely cut and knocked back, and most genin elemental jutsu are dispelled when they are hit by this jutsu.

Dominique was born in The Village Hidden In The Mist. His father was a member of the ANBU Black Ops, his mother a healer on the battle fields. His father and mother were hardly ever home, making exceptions for his birthday and a few holidays, as such he lived with his aunt and uncle. His aunt owned a home remedies shop and his uncle was one of the Seven Legendary Swordsman of The Mist. Dominique would watch his uncle for hours training, working, and learning life lessons from the man. On his sixth birthday Dominique decided that he wanted to be a great ninja, and set his ways to become a Swordsman of the mist.
He enrolled in the Ninja academy and before long his uncle took him under his wing. He began his basic arts rather quickly, with a few other arts that his uncle thought might be useful.
As a Genin he is rather skillful, he hopes become far more skillful with his weapon summons and learn how to use "Cause" and "Effect" His twin Cleavers. They are his stepping stones into becoming a Swordsman of the mist, being the very swords he will be famous for. Until able to properly wield the Cleavers properly, he must stay in the academy. He also vowed to only return to his aunt and Uncle once he has become a Chunin.

Personality:
A dark tormented soul, yet he is not an unhappy fellow. His life is riddled with horror and loneliness, yet he works through the pain to be fun and happy to his friends, familiars, and team mate. Inside he feels pain, great pain. He has seen and caused much death, but through his victories comes a sense of euphoria. Blood feels warm on his skin, the smell of iron giving him a buzz. Energy flowing free, his body jittery, he makes his way farther and farther into the darkness that is murder. The feeling of flesh against steal, and the feel of his puppetry taking the lives of the enemy. He sighs, ecstasy flowing through him, nothing more mentally pleasing.
He is prideful. Taking great strides in his puppets craftsmanship. He spends hours working on them in solitude, creating his wooden henchman. They are tools, but also give off a radiance of friendship. Battle may be his means of getting through the pain, but without crafting, his nights would be scarred with nightmares and tears. He cries often due to said nightmares. An insomniac due to horrendous dreams that creep into his mind one by one. His bed a terrifying cradle in the dark.
Unable to find acceptance in the world he found the Akutsuki and could demonstrate how powerful a true puppeteer should be. But this affiliate was no family. It may be accepting of his usefulness but he would never be loved by these people. He is alone in a world of hardship, and he grows stronger day after day of trials.

Sand. Sand everywhere. It was in the cradle he slept in as an infant. It was in his bed as a boy. It radiated with heat. The Sun. Bright, blinding. It burned to step foot outside, but to be indoors was humid suicide. He had never seen the blue green hue of a pool of water. Never the greenery of a forest. The colored petals of a meadow. By the age of eight he'd already been accepted as an apprentice in a puppet craftsman shop. He learned from the ground up, chopping the wood. Carving the wood. Putting the pieces together. Creating mobile weapons of battle. His work grew into a passion. By the age of seventeen he was a Jounin for his village. His puppets become more and more well known with each confrontation his village had.
Age eighteen. His first defeat. He watched as squad after squad of sand ninja turned on him. It'd been a trap all along. He had become dangerous, according to the Kazekage. His men had told stories of how merciless he was. How even on covert missions, and missions to apprehend rouge ninja, he simply murdered for the fun. He knew he would die, standing against them. How could he go against an entire village? He ran. Ran so far that he found himself in a daze. Cool moisture on his skin made him shudder. He awoke to find himself in a forest. The morning air was cool. The dew wet. The grass green. He heard the chirping of birds and the buzz of forest insects. He began to laugh. His mind fogging, he laughed for what seemed like hours. Laughter soon turned to rage.
Small village destroyed. Quaint town destroyed. Riverside fishing village destroyed. Merchant village destroyed. Men, women, children, pets, livestock. One after another he murdered, ravaged, burned, poisoned, and loved every second. His heart racing with a false joy. This was his addiction. This was his means of life. They had destroyed his life, so he would destroy the lives of everyone else.
His dreams began to turn. Blood, shadows, limbs, and faces. He could hear the screams of torture. He saw everything in his minds eye, but only in sleep. He decided that if sleep was the problem, he would do it as little as possible. He stayed up for three days, slept for one. Waking, screaming. Three more days. He worked through the night, journeyed in the day. Every three days he would sleep. His actions did not go unnoticed, not by anyone. Soon he was contacted. A man in a black robe decorated with clouds, accompanied by another of the same robe, asked him to join their mission of destruction. He accepted. He was given a room, a shop, and the rank of "Fourth Cloud". Was it perfect? No. But neither is he.
