Just finished it - very interesting. I feel incredibly stupid that I didn't exactly see that coming. I mean I wondered, when he ran into him at the Center - because what he said didn't make sense in context of the lore, but let's just say I'm blaming the cold, since it really should have been obvious.
I think the concept of the Gods that are here (USA) vs. their "real" counterparts in their home countries, was interesting as well.
