My rat Bella recently passed away. I have noticed my other rat, Alice has become very clingy and tends to spend most of her time sat in one of the boxes in her cage where I can barely see her. When I get her out she just sits with me, whereas before she would run around all over my bed.
Is there anything I can do to help her? She is clearly lonely, but I can't spend every waking second of my day with her. She is around 2 years and 4 months old, so I don't think getting another rat is a possibility.
