Vergil sat down and began to meditate. He was worried about upcoming events. He wanted to do whatever was necessary to save the faction.

Rishi walked into the room, stretching lightly. "Since I'm here... I'd figure I'd bring some news...." She replied, leaning against a door and smiling lightly.

 Artemis smirked at the sight of Vergil meditating. She teleported right behind him and placed her hands on his shoulders and then running them down his chest real quick and then back to rest on his shoulders, "What ya up to Mr. Worry wort?" she said sitting down beside him and giving him a wink to tell him she was just messing around.

Vergil stood up smirked at Artemis. He then looked towards Rishi. "Whats the news?" He asked in a light tone. He wondered whether he would have to prepare for war or not.

Rishi ignored Artemis' actions, deeming them unimportant. Instead, she looked towards Vergil. "Merc's are building a weapon... Seems to be heavy artillery, but I couldn't get any plans for it... We'll probably see it in action soon enough. As for the Demon's... They seem to have integrated into human society rather well, and they have all sorts of research projects... It didn't seem to be anything threatening... but i wouldn't let my guard down for the moment..." Rishi explained.

Vergil frowned lightly as he heard Rishis words about the mercenaries. "The mercenaries building a weapon is quite amusing sense are weapon is complete as well. We will keep a particularly watchful eye on them the demons are always a threat they strive off of unrest im sure they will do something to breed more chaos."

Rishi nodded. "Indeed... And it seems that our guests were wolfish in scent at least... Maybe I'll pay the den a visit... Or at least send them a guest..." The vampiress smiled lightly, shrugging.

Vergil sighed and said. "Perhaps, but we don't want to get rash quite yet after all there are a lot of rouge wolves and if we go and attack their faction they may get allies. We must prepare though." Vergil knew in war deception was the key to victory.

Rishi nodded lightly. "No worries... I have to stop by there any ways." She said with a shrug, though she intended to get a pick me up or something to keep her mind more focused... One could never do without too much blood after all. She smiled at the thought, and wondered if they had AB negative in stock or not.

Vergil sighed and said. "Fine just be careful we don't want anything happening to you." He said it in a light tone then smirked letting her know he was teasing her.

She chuckled lightly, before waving at him as she turned to walk out. "Haha... just remember this: You may be older, But I've been a part of this faction for a lot longer." She grinned, turning to glance at him, before walking out and heading to the bar.

Vergil smirked and said. "True Rishi but that doesnt mean you cant be hurt." It was not a threat it was just him saying stay on your toes and be ready for anything in this city almost anything can happen.

Artemis made sure no one was anywhere near. And let out a frustrated scream/yell, she always hated being ignored and to her things appeared to show that she was not respected as Second in Command. And that pissed her off even more. She began beating the s*** out of the punching bags. Tears of anger and frustration streaked her cheeks. She turned and searched for the magic practice area, when she found it she went into the sealed off room and locked the door.
Artemis focused on a dummy, and made a powerful air spell that when it comes in contact with the target acts like a boa constrictor and literally squeezes the air out of the target and restricts set target from breathing. She cast it without guarding it or putting the spell repellent gear on beforehand. But the spell hit plastic that was on the dummy. And the spell rebounded off the plastic and was coming right at her, and she could do nothing to stop it. She didn't know the counter spell, she hadn't learned it yet.
Artemis was frozen in fear and indecision and as the spell came right at her she (without meaning to) let out a terrified shriek (or scream or yell...whatever you prefer).
Vergil appeared out of nowhere and stopped the wind blast easily. He looked at Artemis and sighed and wiped her tears away. "Whats wrong Artemis?"

Without intending to Artemis sent out a mental distress signal to those who she knew and trusted. ((Basically Vergil and Rishi...IDK of any of the other vamps or even if we have any...so yea))
