Petalite was spinning her Frisbee on her index finger, watching the yellow disc go round and round. It was a trick she had gotten good at, when you were on a boring patrol there wasn’t much else to do but play with your weapon. And a boring patrol was just what she was on now. She had been wandering around Destiny City Park on the lookout for any people, and every so often checking for any power signatures. So far the only thing she had seen was a squirrel which she found slightly odd since it was dark, but not exactly life threatening.
Sighing she let the disc fall off her finger, catching it in her hand. She begun to lazily toss it up into the air, catching it before it hit the ground. She almost wanted to run into a senshi, at least then she’d have something to do.
It seemed like she wasn’t meant to meet a senshi that night, because the first power signature she picked up on had the taint of corruption. Another officer? From the strength of power signature she’d guess Lieutenant. Stopping she caught the Frisbee one last time, looking around. They had to be somewhere nearby for her to sense them. It was just a matter of where.
”I know you’re there.” She wasn’t up for a game of hide and seek, hopefully whoever it was would just come out.

Chase was still getting used to living the life of someone who had an alter-ego. The sneaking out part was familiar to him, even the getting in to fights was familiar, what wasn't was the fact that he was someone 'different'. It was the fact that he had an alter-ego, though he loved every minute of it, that took some getting used to. And the possibility of getting caught when he snuck back in had increased with his later than late night out seeking new targets.
It was the thought that settled in his mind as he stood, legs hanging out the window as his head swiveled toward his sleeping roommate. He wore a thoughtful expression as his amber eyes scanned over the boy's form. He had been caught sneaking back in at three a.m. earlier in the week and was subjected to a slew of questions, which he simply answered with the thought he was visiting this girl he really liked. Of course in exchange for his roommate's silence of his late night activities, which he clearly didn't believe, he had to promise to stop his clever manipulation of the boy and promise to stop using him for his homework assignments. Reluctantly he agreed because he didn't feel like getting in serious trouble or risk expulsion a few months before graduation.
Finally the pink haired teen stopped his contemplation and slipped out of his window and made his way across town, slipping in to an alleyway to power up when he barely registered the power signature of another officer. He grinned broadly because it excited him, having the chance to possibly toy with another officer who appeared to be on the same power length as he was.
"Do you? Shall we play Marco Polo until you find me?" He called loudly, settling his hands behind his head as he waited for her to respond.
