Maybe you could make a board where people put applications to create clans? I have an RP character and I want her to be in a clan(well, I guess it's a weak clan but whatever, I don't really care).

If I already have a Naruto RP going outside of the guild, would I be allowed to recruit through here? or is that not permitted?

It doesn't give you an option to choose what village you're from on the character introduction thing, do you choose you village at the chuunin exams? confused
