Neo-Maltusianism ( birth control and "prevent overpopulation")

have u realized that MOST of the people are elderly people...than kids?
The birth rate has dropped amazingly that even THE GOVERNMENT will pay an incentive to have kids! ( money is based on how many children you have in the family)

Have you noticed?

The government doesn't really give larger families more money as an incentive to get people to make more babies. At least, not in my country and not in any western country I'm aware of.

Families in need of government financial aid are going to get more money if they have more children because the more children you have, the more money you need to feed, house, clothe, and school them. And this is only the case for families who qualify for government financial aid. In other words, families who don't have enough money to pay for basic living expenses. Governments don't just go around handing out cheques to people as a pat on back for having loads of children. They just give more money to poor, larger families because larger families are more expensive to care for.

Where did you hear that the majority of the population is elderly? I'm not sure that's true.

Personally, I don't think people should feel obligated to have children. If you want kids, great, have as many as makes you happy, but the human race is hardly in a low population crisis at the moment, so people really shouldn't feel obligated to procreate to save the species. Have children if and when you want them and can both financially and emotionally support them.

I don't think people should NOT have children if they want them, but I see no reason to purposely conceive a child unless you (and ideally your partner/spouse) want it and have the resources to give it everything it needs.

I just think there is a reason behind the financial aid besides "to feed, house, clothe, and school them. " 3nodding

and yeah, in my country, most people are elderly than kids. Student enrollment in elementary schools have dropped. And so so.
