Coleyoly Mewsiekins I watched an anime called "Kampfer" which I guess has Yuri. Its complicated! The main character is a guy that turns female whenever another Kampfer is near. Not going to spoil anything, but there is a girlxgirl love interest. There isn't any porn, just suggestiveness. I personally love it heart It is just being released in Japan so the subs come a little bit slow = I watched the first season of this and I think the proper term for it is "gender bender". There's a ton of yuri fanservice here, but a lack of real substance. However, if that's what you're into it isn't horrible.
Yeah, the yuri that they did had really came out of no where. I am so with you on the lack of substance. I actually just liked it for the ideas and mainly the art-style. It did keep me hooked on it however.

I know of one good shoujo-ai manga out there. More action-based than anything, and any love relationships are mostly one-sided, as the main character ain't too bright. http://www.mangafox.com/manga/shitsurakuen/ This manga has, on several occasions, made me feel a bit weird, as I've had the thought of 'goodamn men, bunch of chouvenistic devils', when I, myself, am a dude... o.o

Edit: Ok, I just read the latest chapter, which released today... thing's just took a turn for the weird, with a very, very ******** heavy dose of psychotic. I'm... not even sure of this qualifies as shoujo-ai... s**t just got weird, yo.
