Superheroes, that stuff from the comics and cheaply animated tv shows that all the cool kids would watch on Saturday mornings. There's no need for them in the real world. After all, there are no such things as aliens from outer space that want to take over the world, mind controlling villains, demons from the very depths of hell itself, or just plain bad guys with beyond evil intent.
And there's definitely no such thing as superheroes. No superman from the planet Krypton that was sent to Earth as a baby, or a group of mutants, or people with beyond human abilities and strength. There's no such thing as people with the most high tech gadgets that the world hasn't even begun to think of or high-tech weaponry that is made to save the planet.
None of it is real. Right?
Wrong. Well, it's wrong now. None of it used to be real, but now people don't know what to believe anymore. No one knows what came first - the heroes or the villains. And they don't know if they just recently showed up or had always just been there and we just haven't noticed. Either way, the world has completely changed, and it needs its heroes. But being a hero is a dangerous life where you can lose everything in a moment's notice. Can you handle that?

A few things you may want to know before posting your skeleton Yes, you are allowed to play a villain. In fact, I encourage it!
You ARE allowed to kill off your character, clone them, etc. Or even kill them and bring them back. That's nothing new in comics, and anything is possible.
I highly encourage and support you to have more than one character, whether it's superhero/sidekick or hero/archnemisis, or anything. The more the merrier!
If you want to make your character an alien from say Krypton, it's fine!
If you are a villain, you are allowed to succeed in taking over the world, as long as everyone else in the RP agrees.
Action, blood and gore, are obviously welcome, and this is a yaoi, so of course romance is welcomed as well. Rules: Please read this. 1. You do not kill or injure someone's character without permission (You can attack them obviously but it's up to them if the attack injures them. 2. Nothing above PG-13 level. Take any of that stuff to PMs. 3. Please be literate and use spellcheck. 4. Stay away from short or one-liner posts. It doesn't give you much to work with and there is always something to say, so please. 5. Do NOT, and I repeat DO NOT join this roleplay if you do not plan to be active in it. If you lose interest, at least let me know. But don't create a profile and only post once. It is very irritating. 6. No god-modding, and please be respectful. 7. I've noticed this a lot with yaoi RPs where many people join making their characters "uke-ish" and then there are little to no "seme-ish" characters so then no one posts. I'm not going to ask you for uke/seme on your profile, so I insist that you give your character a personality and not a 'position' or role to fit in. And if you plan to do so anyways, it is okay as long as you play the part well. 8. Be creative and have fun! He has no memory of his parents or how he came to be. His earliest memory is when he was about ten waking up in chains with strange tattoos running up and down his forearms. Through some event he was taken and forced as a house slave for a very rich man, the tattoos a symbol of that. He was beaten, chained up, starved, and even sexually taken advantage of. It is this reason that he lapses into a state crying and terror whenever placed in chains of any sort. He is afraid of love, and even sex. He fears he is no long clean. When Mira turned 16 something strange began to happen to him. He had terrible back pains as white wings literally ripped themselves from his back. He also began to realize he had powers. It was after this that he broke free from his master and ran. when he found himself in a big city filled with crime he couldn't sit back and watch other people suffer like him. Lucius walked along the streets of the city he lived in whistling to himself as he listened to some music. It was broad daylight, so he didn't expect much to happen. And even if something did happen, he could just as easily transform into his actual form.
It was a nice day and he was headed for the park he had seen from his apartment. It had a pool and a playground. Though personally, he was more interested in the playground. Water was a weakness of his, even if he could swim in it and be fine, it just unnerved him how weak it gets him. Especially since fire is his main power.
So, he just walked up to the swings, sat down, and started to swing himself. He enjoyed the feel of the wind in his face and the height that he was able to reach. It wasn't as high as he himself could reach by flying, but it was close enough. "Hmmm~. This is so nice! No wonder those human children like it!" he laughed, ignoring the looks he got from other people.

Flynn groaned as he leaned against the alley wall. He had a hand pressed against a knife wound he had received trying to stop a hostage situation downtown. "Ugh," he said, pulling off the wig with his solvent and changing into his normal clothes before walking out of the alleyway, his other clothes stashed at the bottom of his bag.

Lucius had finally grown tired of the swings, or rather, some annoying woman wanted him to get off to give her 'little princess' a turn. "Little princess, yeah right. More like little annoyance," he fumed as he walked toward his apartment. Then he stopped in his tracks and smelled the air a few times. Being a dragon, Lucius had a great sense of smell, among other things. So when he smelled blood from somewhere, he wasn't that surprised. Nor was he surprised that it was human blood.
Alarmed, he set off in a run toward the source of the smell, not paying attention to his surroundings. "Good thing it's the afternoon, and no one is really-" he was cut off from both his running and his mutterings when he bumped into a boy about his age. He staggered back a few steps and looked up to see if he was fine.
"Oh dear, I'm so sorry! I was just headed home in a rush because I left the washer on," he started to explain in a rush, then sighed. "Are you okay?" he asked, trying a different approach, completely forgetting about the scent of blood he had smelled earlier. He looked the boy up and down, trying to see if he had hurt him or not.

Riley flinched slightly when he bumped into a stranger, but managed to hide it as soon as it came out and schooled it to a more neutral expression. "Ah, no, I'm fine," he said in assurance, grateful that his wound was bandaged enough to get him home. "Sorry for getting in your way, don't let me get in your way," he said, pulling his shirt slightly lower just in case.

Lucius smiled thankfully, breathing out a sigh of relief. "Good, sorry again. It was all completely my fault. Name's Lucius, but call me Luci," he said, his hand outstretched for the other to take. Then his watch, one with an alarm that beeped when ever he had to go to work, went off and he frowned.
"Well, that's my job alarm. See you later, and don't be careful!" the dragon hybrid shouted, setting off in a different direction to his small grooming shop. Though, since he was in such a rush to work, he dropped his wallet. Later t the shop, one would fine him frantically searching the place for it unsuccessfully after each pet was groomed.
