When Mari was just six years old he knew he liked boys, matter in fact he gave his first kiss to a boy. Then in JR high school he found an secret world on the net that assisted him in his boyish needs. Yaoi. Matter in fact the web-comics, and manga are what saved my life in high school. I was the normal kid with high marks and cute looks. The guy the girls could notice but never date. Oh and lets not forget, I was the guy that other straight men hated since I was usually able to get more attention then them around all the woman.
Now out of high school I look back and notice... I was a coward but then again I am the worlds best trap card out there for every convention. I am Mari, and my fellow cosplayer's know me as Mari Kisses. Not only am I a famous cosplayer but I am also a publish and well liked yaoi writer. Well okay I don't just write yaoi but gay publishing as well. Basically anything that involves a man and a man together I write about.
Yet that isn't the only thing strange about me. I live my life as a bookworm... the unsocial bookworm. My story starts the day of a convention when I dress as my usual cross-dressing self and it is pretty normal until I arrive at a coffee shop and meet this amazing guy who works there that is also going to go to the same convention as me later. Now he wants to meet up. I am not sure if he noticed this or not but... uh... I don't have the high pitched voice like most girls.
I guess I have to see if he actually comes to find me at the convention. I am nervous now.
