Gahh.
I think you've all pretty much noticed people around Gaia lying about rape. The percentages of victims falsely claiming rape, however, is really small (only about 2% according to RAINN).
But recently when I tell people that I've been raped, hardly anyone believes me, or they second guess me, thinking, "Oh, maybe she's just exaggerating. I won't believe she's raped until she proves it." How the ******** do I prove that I've been raped, though? The only thing I can offer is my word, and the fact that my story stays solid pretty much any time I tell it. I have a daughter, and she is my product of rape, but even now people have a hard time believing me... and some even blame me for what happened!
I'm sorry for the rant.
I just don't know what else to do... and it pisses me off a little.
Have any of you had this same problem?

Have any of you had this same problem? im very sorry to hear that, and it is quite messed up how people wont believe your story, but honestly, people do lie alot that they have been raped and sometimes even show children that arent even their own(like some chick did at my school), and some people may think you are talking about gaia rape(which some people do, for ex: *rape*) but those friends who dont believe probably arent the friends youd want to be hanging around bc, theyre probably thinking everything you say is a lie? :3 im sorry, idk, but i know how you feel, it would piss me off too, good luck girl. and btw, your daughter is very adorable, bless you ~

I'd be pissed too. Sure, there are some people out there who lie about it, but like you said, it's a small percentage. How are you supposed to prove that you were raped? The people who say that must be either ignorant or just plain stupid. And how the heck is it your fault that you were raped? It's not like you asked for it. If you said okay to it then it's not rape (except for that one type). But you didn't, so it was. I just don't understand people these days...
