Regardless of the goggles being blue, I think you should still go with the second. It's closer to accuracy than just using the blue goggles.
If you're willing to drop about a decent amount of gold on this avatar then I'd recommend just getting the Nano-C instead of the Interstellar Bounty just because the rifle looks a lot more authentic.

Only difference is that it'll leave just a tiny bit of skin showing under the goggles, but it's 75k saved.
