Hobbies
You are beautiful - There's a reason Freya carries a compact mirror on her at all times, and it's not just so she can see what she's doing when putting on makeup. It started when she was thirteen and, though she would rather die than admit it, had self-esteem issues. She would take out the mirror and tell herself she was beautiful, that she was important, and that she mattered. It became a coping mechanism that she practiced whenever she was feeling down about herself. She isn't quite sure when it went from something innocent to an obsession, but nowadays Freya doesn't often tell herself she's beautiful because she's feeling depressed. It is still part of her daily routine, she stares at her reflection in the mirror and just tells herself all the beautiful and amazing things about herself; she is ******** fabulous and you are a fool to believe otherwise.
Reading - Not much to this one. Freya enjoys a good book, particularly romance novels. Her favorite types of romance are the Harlequins, since nothing is more assuring than a happy ending to a romance. She finds this too soft for the image she prefers to portray, however, and will flat out lie and say she is reading a hardcore smut novel if asked what she is reading. And she will say it with a straight face.
Singing - As a child Freya was entered into many child beauty pageants, and she continued doing pageants as a teen until she suffered from a stress-induced anxiety attack that had her hospitalized for a day. At these pageants she obviously needed some kind of talent, and that talent was and still is singing. If Freya is passionate about anything singing is definitely in the top three, and without her voice she would want to just end her life. She sings when she cleans her apartment, she sings when she is doing school work, she hums when she's reading and she sings when she is just alone in a room. Freya is also prone to singing quietly to herself when she is feeling stressed, as a way to calm herself from wanting to lash out angrily at everything around her. Or even when she's bored, or when she's just got that feeling of 'I GOTTA SING!' Don't mind her while she breaks out into song, she really just...does that...
Virtues
Ambitious (Well, sort of) - If there's anything Freya wants, it's fame, wealth and power. Who doesn't want power, though? She dreams of being the top dog, the big kahuna, the chief, the star, the headliner. Freya wants her name to be on the lips of every household; she wants to be feared and respected, she wants to be strong and powerful. She is the Jafar to your Sultan, the Voldemort to your Ministry of Magic, the Lord Cutler Beckett to your Captain Jack Sparrow. Don't get her wrong, she does not want usurp power she just wants to have as much as she can possibly get. She wants to create her own influence, not steal someone else's. That would be foolish and quite dangerous!
Sycophant - Freya knows what she wants, and she usually knows how to get it. The easiest way? Cooperate, and tell people what they want to hear. She will flatter you in any way it takes until things go how she wants them to go, no matter how long it takes. She's persistent, sometimes even annoyingly so. Being a kiss-a** is how many people make it to the top in show business and in life, and if it works for them it sure as hell works for Freya. As much as it may disgust her, as much as she may feel the strong desire to wash her mouth out with as much disinfectant she can get, she will say anything if it will make that person more inclined to work with her or allow her to work with them. Is the flattery genuine? Sometimes it may be, sometimes it may not be; it all depends on how useful you are to her. Freya could very well be sincere in saying you are a genius, or you are beautiful. She will raise your pedestal to the level of a god and keep you there, especially if she gets something out of it.
Loyal - If she believes in you or your cause Freya is surprisingly as loyal as they come. Again, she will raise you onto a pedestal and speak of you as if you are a god. This is when her flattery and her compliments are genuine, and not even the slightest bit passive aggressive or backhanded. She will stick by you through thick and thin, encourage you until the very end, and do whatever it takes to help you in your quest. If she has to stab a few people in the back? So be it. She will do anything for you. There aren't many she will do this for, but those select few will know who they are. She may not express it verbally by flat out saying it but it's the little things. The encouragement, the constant praise, the uplifting of their abilities as if she is shouting out the gospel; she will even sabotage someone else's plans for you, she will drop her act of being the kind friend of someone if it opposes you. Freya will not hesitate to lash out or snap at someone who speaks poorly of you. She may be subtle or she may shout it from the rooftops, but Freya will follow you to the ends of the earth if she decides you are the one she wants to respect.
Flaws
Vanity - Freya never leaves home without a mirror. She wakes up earlier than she needs to so she has enough time to primp herself and make sure she is beautiful according to her standards. She spares no expense on anything when it comes to how she looks and how she sounds. Her voice? Her looks? They are the most important thing to her. Ugh, you have a cold? Get away before you get your nasty germs on her and get her sick. Oh. My. God. Is that a mole on your cheek? It's hideous! Huge imperfections send her into a fit; it enrages her. A little smudged makeup, hair after a long day...sure, she'll give you that. Raccoon eyes? Running mascara? Lipstick all over your face? Completely wrecked hair? What the hell?! Are those WRINKLES in your clothes?! No. Just. No. Fix it. Fix it right now or she will fix it for you. Cuts, bruises, red marks from being slapped or something to that effect; these are part of every day life, but things she tried to avoid like they are the Black Plague. At least take some pride in yourself! If a person cannot take care of themselves like any sensible human being then they obviously are not worth her time. Begone, you disgusting heathen. Come back when you evolve out of the day of the cave man.
Selfish - It should go without saying that 99.999999% of what Freya does, she is doing for herself. She will do what it takes to make it appear that it's out of the goodness of her heart but deep down, deep down it's for her own gain. Freya isn't completely without morals, of course she has them, she just has a nasty habit of pretending she doesn't. For example, she won't betray someone who is actually important to her. But if Freya wants or has something it's hers, and she doesn't share well...if at all.
Lazy - Despite all her desires, her dreams, her goals, her ambitions...Freya just wishes they could happen like magic. Someone else should do this for her and it just gets transferred to her. Or something. it makes sense in her head. She will usually do the minimum amount of work it takes to get a task done unless it is something she is feeling especially inspired or oddly motivated. It happens on rare, rare occasions. She has to be in a certain mood for it. She enjoys a good workout but this is only to keep herself fit and from looking like a slob. Don't expect Freya to go out for a random morning jog unless she really likes you.
Narcissist - To Freya, appearances are everything. Literally everything. Years and years of her parents drilling this fact into her head, telling her she was never good enough and that she could not strive to be 'one of' the best she needed to be 'the' best or she might as well not call herself their daughter, and stressing her out to the point of mental breakdown at age seventeen have really warped her mind. For years now Freya has convinced herself that she is the most beautiful woman ever to exist and anyone who does not agree or, God forbid, does not want to be her friend or associate with her is an imbecile. Everyone should love her, and why wouldn't they? She is beautiful, she is graceful, and she is exceptional at everything she does (Mostly because she will not do something if she is not successful with it, calling it stupid and a waste of time if she fails). One would be honored to have the privilege of being her friend, because without her they are clearly doomed to fail at life and will have nothing. Her compliments and her flattery are the only thing that will get you through your day. You need her in your life. Just face it, Freya is better than you and she will always get what she wants or else. If someone with more talent than her at the things she is good at, such as singing and well...being beautiful, were to come along she would feel threatened. Much like the family cat when a new pet is brought into the house for any amount of time, Freya will go out of her way to snatch back the position of being the center of attention.

The pages and corners of the book are sharp to the touch and able to leave small cuts. The spine of the book has a handle, which can be held in one hand similarly to a chakram and wielded as such. General: The grimoire's black leather spine has extended into a black chain, strong as metal but that feels still soft and pliable as leather. The front and back covers of the book have come apart into curved blades on either end of the chain, black with garnet gems embedded in the handles.

The Strostrand-Jørgensen Family Freya comes from a large family scattered throughout Norway. She has several aunts and uncles, and even more cousins. Some of whom she's sure she's never met or only met in passing. While an only child herself, she has never felt alone in her life due to the size of her family and how integrated they are with home life and business. Mother; Elisabet Jørgensen; Elisabet met her husband in childhood, where the two of them bonded and developed a friendship and then romantic relationship before marrying at 18. With the merger of the Strostrand family and the Jørgensen requiring a bit more work than simply 'congratulations on the happy marriage' due to the success of the Strostrand Group, the couple waited ten years before even having a child. Freya and Elisabet are closer than Freya is with other members of her family, however Elisabet still insisted on making Freya participate in things such as pageants and societal obligations for the company as essentially the heir to Strostrand Group. Tensions between the two rose when Freya had her breakdown and quit most obligations being put upon her by Elisabet, but the two have mostly mended things since then. Father; Øyvind Jørgensen; Øyvind has become the more stern parent over Freya's lifetime. Where he started as an openly devoted and playful father, he has since had to become the 'bad cop' to Elisabet's 'good cop'. While still devoted to his daughter and wife, he has become less openly playful and relaxed. Strostrand Group's future weighs heavy on his shoulders, as he refuses for him and Elisabet to be the final generation of the company, but he can't help but see what Freya is doing with her life and feel he can never retire. Freya loves her father, but the two are often at odds, with Freya not seeing the quiet ways in which Øyvind has begun to prepare and support her future yet.
