It was the only country that doesn't have an extradition treaty with the USA (and that I would remotely consider living in) that I could think of off the top of my head. Others include China and North Korea, heh.

None of the countries on the list are very good choices to live, but if you were living as a criminal I guess you take what you can get.

If you forge Hasel's will and flee the country, then I guess you won't be able to claim the items I've left you in MY will, so I suppose I need to find another benefactor now? Hmmm, where's Impy when you need him?
