Bio: C. Phipps grew up in London with his Father after his mother passed away shortly after his birth. He never traveled outside of London being to busy working and now taking care of his ill father.

Anything note worthy: Lost his eye at work along with scaring his lower face that's why it is wrapped with an ace bandage.

Bio: A spry young man with an amnesiac past. He travels from town to town in company of a stray black cat, who seems to trust him well. He occasionally talks to it to hear his ideas aloud. He is always quick to take to an adventure.

C. Phipps was walking down the street a smile on his face hidden by his bandage. He stopped and took his hat off as he looked up to the sky as an airship flew over him. He loved the mechanics that ran the ship he just wanted to get on one and fly through the skies with it. As it flew past he put his hat back on and continue down the street.

Max sighs as he sits at a worktable, twirling his wrench. He looks to his cat, who lays lazily across the floor. "I know; It's been a slow day today. Nothing's happened at all lately," Max says to it. The cat just yawns and curls up in response.

C. Phipps stopped in front of an inventors shop he always walked by but never went into. He looked through the windows and smiled still. He finally entered the shop and looked around. "Wow this place his pretty neat."

Max watches as the cat perks up to the sound of the stranger entering, the animal greeting the newcomer by weaving through his legs.
Max stands up and waves. "It certainly is. Kinda makes me wish I owned the place."

He looked down at the cat and reached a hand down to it. He looked up at Max smiling. "I'm looking for a mechanic to help me build an airship. Do you know of anyone?"

The cat purrs and brushes the stranger's hand. Max grins almost mischievously. "Depends on the airship. If you just want one that'll see you through, you'll want to talk to the owner of this shop. I can make one for you, but my building methods are a bit... different," he says, smirking.

Bio: Evani is a young girl living with her middle-aged mother in a small, cluttered house(think of a steampunk version of Belle's father's house in Beauty and the Beast) on the edge of the "Poor District" of London. Her father was an aspiring inventor, who never seemed to get anything quite right. She became facinated with her father's work and decided to become an inventor herself. She's very fond of a small steam powered, jelly-fish-like robot she invented herself who she calls 'Little Brother'.
Appearance: (this will most likely change to my own pic that I drew of her cuzzzz I dont like any I found. Just gotta upload it. Think of this as her in nice clothes for now xD)
Noteworthy: Evani's dream is to travel the world on a contraption she builds herself, and take herself and her aging mother somewhere far away, out of their poor lives.
