Are there any other zen's out there? Zen teaches about using koans during meditation(if you're a Rinzai Zen), and it'd be nice to talk about koans and our own answers to them.
Also, if you meditate, do you just keep your mind clear, or do you use a koan?

"Storms be still" is one of the sayings I'll use frequently while meditating.

I'm incredibly late on this but two things:
1. Depends on the type of meditation.
2. "He who speaks does not know." In other words discussing the interpretation of a koan will often lead you far from the actual answer. The truest answers to koans are more states of mind that a Zen master will recognize. ; )

I don't practice buddhism at all, but if you can, it's also possible to meditate silently.
