I didn't really want a fish, though I am happy with this Betta, now named Henry, and thankfully I have wanted a betta in the past, so I know a bit about the fish.

Yes I know he needs a bigger tank, I am going to get one when I can.
But for now, he just has one fake plant, and I want to make him a little hidey that he can swim through. I will buy him a proper one when I can, but closest pet store is an hour away and I have no drivers license, so I have to wait until my mum wants to go grocery shopping. I was thinking about using a Kong toy, it is the smallest version, but to small for either of my dogs and I hardly use it, as I have 3 others perfect size. I thought I could make the opening a little bigger, cut the end off so the fish can swim through, and wash it very well, soak it in hot water, scrub it out.
Thoughts and opinions?
