Hawkeye:

Specifics: I can't decide if I should base it on classic hawkeye or hawkeye from the new comics which is closer to the movie. Classic would be more colorful, but I generally prefer the newer costume. As for lineart edits about the only two things I can think of are a mask/sunglasses or a quiver. Quiver might be kind of a pain and would take up a lot of space on the lines given that male neverlin are facing away. I'll probably opt for the mask or sunglasses. An arm-guard would be good too. Instead of the quiver, perhaps 1 arrow in his mouth or something.
Cost: 25k Base + 50k edits (including quiver) / 15k edits (no quiver) = 30k - 75k, double for bribes. Based on previous price quotes I'm thinking the arrow would bump the edits to 25-30k depending on how complicated it is to do it.
