The red haired former Miko entered the room,dragging a big back pack along with her.
At first she was startled by the presence of her new team mate. She didn't have the chance to meet him previously.
"Um...are you....Karogane? (oh, hope I spelled his name right..) " she asked hesitantly as she tried to look busy, choosing a bed for herself.

The girl had chose the first bed next to the entrance,where she threw her heavy back pack. After doing so,she turned facing Karogane and smiled " I'm Sen, Sen Moragami. Nice to meet you. And yes, you have guessed well, I am the leader of team Midnight Star" as she said that,she sat down on her bed
"I hope we'll form a good team!" she coughed within her fist,being still a little hesitant about talking too much.

Sen nodded to Karogane's statement about team Urameshi. Indeed...they would be some tough adversaries... not that she knew too much about them,but from what Sen had heard,they seemed to be fairly strong.
"Oh,me?" she hugged her knees whiles on the bed "..well, I've been destined to become a shrine maiden and protect the family shrine for the rest of my life. All female descendants of my family have done so for generations. All we did at the shrine was casting spells against demons and performing rituals..." she looked into a corner of the room thoughtfully "... One day a demon came close to the shrine,being wounded and asking for help. Before I could help him, my grandmother had casted a spell on him and made him vanish..." she hugged her knees tighter "...I found that to be so....horrible! From that day on,I just couldn't accept the methods of the shrine anymore. I left, searching for makai, wanting to know more about the demons that lived there and to discover their true nature.. I don't think that all demons want to harm the human world, and therefore, I joined this tournament, so I can be closer to the demon world and see the demons just as they are. To be honest...I'm not really planing to win this tournament... sweatdrop ,but rather to get stronger and more understanding.
But,if I do,by chance, I'll try to bring peace between the human world and Makai... " she smiled at the thought of that.
As she realized she had been speaking for so long, she blushed and went silent.... sweatdrop
"Umm...I'm being talkative again .....well, so what about you Karogane-san? Why did you join this tournament? "

"Well I'm a demon myself, and I can tell you first hand that there are some aspects of my home that you wouldn't want to see." he stated as he closed his eyes and crossed his legs along with folding his arms across his chest. "When I was young, a pack of demon bandits killed both my parents and left me on the verge of death. After that day I had to grow on my own and endure some of the most horrifying kinds of pain imaginable. I entered this tournament to win because I want to become King of Makai and prevent anyone from suffering like I did." he explained to her as he slowly opened his eyes again.

"Agreed." Karogane replied as he continued to sit on the windowsill. "Do you have any idea who our other 3 team mates are?" he asked her wondering if she knew.

"To be honest" Sen talked as she started unpacking her stuff "I don't really know who they are. It's only the two of us so far,but I'm expecting more people to come and join. We're among the first participants who have arrived at Makai Kuroda mansion.. so I guess there's still time. There's still a few days until the first rounds start,so we'll surely have a full team before that." she nodded.
As she finished unpacking,Sen got off her bed and went over to the bookshelf,browsing the titles.
"Oh, by the way,Karogane-san, you mentioned earlier about this...Urameshi team.. I've heard some things about them, but I'm not sure that the information was quite accurate.... So, what do you know about team Urameshi? "

As she was waiting for her team mate to reply to her,Sen walked over to the window,wanting to check if anyone else has arrived at the mansion.
Upon seeing someone outside,she turned towards Karogane and said "Hey, I'll be back in a minute,ok? Maybe that person outside has come in search for a team." Before leaving the room,Sen took her blade with her and darted out. (leaves room)

After Sen left the room, Karogane began to think about what he already knew about team Urameshi. Suddenly the most important face hit him and he began to realize that both he and Sen may be seriously outclassed in this tournament. "Might as well use what little time I have left to train..." he said in a low tone as he grabbed his katana and disappeared in a flash.

As soon as she finished the conversation with Hiei,Sen went back to her team's room.
On her way there,she casually walked by Karogane and greeted him. He's probably going out to train,was her thought. After entering the room,she took out of the bookshelf ,a large old book where many informations about Youkai breeds were registered,along with descriptions and hand drawn illustrations.
She was ever so intrigued about what kinds of different demons she would meet at this tournament.
"It's only been a few hours since I'm here,and already did I meet an unusual type of demon..hmm....this sure is interesting" she thought out loud.
"..and still, I've found out nothing new about that Urameshi team.." ironically,she had just spoken to one of the team's members but had no idea she did so.
"Oh,well, I guess I'll just have to wait for more people to arrive at the house,so that our team would be completed...hmm" she sighed as she started underlining some concepts she wanted to memorize out of the book.
