For those who feel overwhelmed by the art of cooking,or simply have no clue how to light a match, we have built this lovely cafeteria.
Here you can enjoy a tasty meal and have a chat with your team mates as you watch the latest news of Makai.
Order what you want. We have specialized cooks who know a lot of different recipes, so every taste and preference can be provided for
It is indicated that you order a dish of whom you have heard before..
We are not responsible for any wrong orders causing food poisoning or indigestion.
All broken plates or tables will be paid for out of your own wallet.
Otherwise food is on the house. Please dont abuse this privilege.

Luckily, the staff her at the mansion had put up directional signs to point out where things were. Even without those though, Kara had only to follow her nose to the cafeteria. There was a serve yourself bar, as well as tables where you could order whatever you wanted. After glancing toward the serving bar, she headed to a table and waited for a server to notice her. She wasnt sure what Toiya would do, but he was welcome to join her at her table.

Upon setting foot in the cafeteria, his stomach gurgled in anticipation. He joined Kara, seating himself across from her.
"Sure you wouldn't have preferred a sandwich? We can still turn back~" he lightly jested.

She grinned, but shook her head. "Sandwiches aren't my idea of breakfast food. Not enough protein in them to keep me going."
A server was soon with them and handed the pair a menu.
Kara scanned through it "I'll have the eggs-Benedict and a glass of orange juice. No ham on the benedict. Can you put a tomato on it instead?"
The server nodded and turned towards Touya for his order.

"Grapefruit juice, and a veggie omelet, please."
A short scribble later, the waiter pocketed their order, collected the menus and made for the kitchen. Aside from the occasional clanking of pans, and muffled rambling of Makai News' TV anchor, it was rather quiet. Rather empty, as well. Eventually, the waiter returned with their drinks. He took a sip of the bittersweet beverage, the pungent citrus nothing short of invigorating. "I guess Jin decided to get a headstart on his training. I'll probably be joining him after breakfast. How about you~?"

(I'm going to tie this in with when I DID poke my nose into the training ring, to give it a timeline)
Kara took a sip of the juice, then replied "I think I'll poke around for a bit. Knowing him, he'll get distracted by the training arena and get lost there. I'll poke my nose back in the room to see if he is there, but if not I'm taking it as a sign that I'm free to explore. I'll probably stop by the arena to see what's there."
She shrugged "I'm guessing everyone else who is here will also be checking out the arena, so it will be a madhouse. Jin can find me when he wants to fly. I'll have woken up enough to up to it by then I hope" She covered a yawn. "Still have no idea where he gets that energy from."
Soon the food came, and she happily dug in. The sauce was perfect. They even cooked the tomato and gave her a bowl of fruit on the side!

"Mn. Sounds like a plan~" He paused to take another sip. "I assume it'd be rather crowded~ Perhaps that's where everyone is." he noted, glancing towards the plentiful, vacant tables. "Either way, take care. I'm certain I'll be busy keeping Jin out of trouble in the meantime. He's been like that for as long as I've known him." He cracked a crooked smirk and shook his head.
Their breakfast was finally set before them, and he immediately set to work. The hefty omelet was packed with a hearty mix of vegetables and cheese, and he found himself already growing full halfway through. He was certain to be fueled and ready for training after downing this monster.

Kara finished up her meal, and nodded, feeling full and content. "You'd think at least some of them ate before haring off to spar, but I guess it isnt the case. Probably mixed something up in their kitchens before heading out."
She mused ont eh place as a whole a bit more, then added
"I wonder if the bathing room has a divide for females and males. It seemed, upon arriving, that they didn't think too far ahead when considering that some fighters would be female. I sure hope they have more of those dividers that I snagged. They'll need them." she didnt mind rooming with Jin and Touya. She just was not comfortable changing clothes and revealing certain parts of her body to the whole team, no matter what the occasion.

Managing to top off his breakfast, Touya leaned back in his chair with a satisfied sigh. "Seems so~ Perhaps they didn't know there was a cafeteria... Or that it was even open, for that matter. It's still pretty early."
He cocked his head to the side at the mention of the bathing room, pallid brows furrowing. "I would..... certainly hope so. If not, I'm sure something could be done about it, dividers or not~"

Kara leaned back as well, "The problems of having an early riser on the team." She muttered. It was still early. "I'm still tired. Perhaps before I wander anywhere I'll head back to the room or someplace quiet to catch a quick nap." She took how much sleep she got just as seriously as anything else, and right now she was annoyed to find that her nighty amount of sleep had been cut rather short. Some would call it laziness, but she needed that sleep to get her energy levels up for the day.
As for the bathing room... "We'll see when one of us decides to investigate then... " So saying, she waved the waiter over "What's the bill?" It was possible they had to pay for food not of thier own making, so it was always safe to ask. Somewhat to her surprise, the waiter shook his head. "All expenses, aside from possible broken pottery or furniture, are covered by King Enki."
She thanked him and turned to Touya "Better safe than sorry. It is generous of him to pay for all food expenses."

"No kidding."
Touya had grown accustomed to sleep deprivation due to his shinobi lifestyle. Though, he had his redheaded alarm clock then, as well.
"I'll accompany you, then~ I need to change into something more... battle appropriate." he stated, fingering the shabby excuse of a tank top.
"Agreed. That's mighty generous. I believe these chefs will be kept quite busy catering to those with an endless pit of a stomach."
He swigged the remaining juice before standing, pushing his chair back under the table. "Shall we get going~?"

Kara nodded, finished off her juice, and got up. After pushing her chair in as well, she headed off. "Hopefully he's left by then. Otherwise I'll need to explore some more to find my napping place."

Karogane walked into the cafeteria and immediately found a plate which he filled completely with food. He then went and got some tea to go with his meal. Sitting down at the table Karogane sighed then began to eat his food. With all the excitement, this was the first time he had eaten all day. Living like this would put him in no shape to fight.

Miyuki walked into the cafeteria, quietly observing the one in the room. She had seen him at the training grounds. She watched him from the corner of her eye as she simply got fruit and moved to sit alone near the corner to survey everyone whom entered.

As Karogane ate his food in peace, he noticed a girl whom he'd seen earlier, but didn't pay her any mind. Bit by bit Karogane took down the semi mountain of food on his plate then washed it down with warm tea. After finishing, stood up from the table and dropped the dishes in the sink for someone on the staff to clean up. With one hand on his stomach, Karogane left the cafeteria and went on his way.
