- Can kill up to as many enemies as he wants to in a flash (he's that fast)

Dorrynt Arguto I really don't like either of them... but I'll vote for Hiei since he seems to be less annoying. You're the first example! I said explain why would they win through their strengths, not personal preference!

Um... I don't know much about that other guy, but from what you've listed, I'd say he would win- because he's tons faster than Naruto, so even if Naruto got the Kyuubi to help him or something, their attacks still couldn't even touch him.. And let's say by some chance Naruto did get a hit on this other guy.. The other guy has a demon too, and it sounds a hell of a lot more powerful than Naruto's....
Sorry Naruto, but I think you just got your a** kicked...

I think Hiei would win because he has a killing intent. Naruto only would if Hiei did something to Sasuke or Sakura. Though Hiei's strong attacks are limited... so if Naruto was one to plan he would win. The problem is that Naruto rarely plans out very far so that is why I think Hiei would win and Naruto would lose.

Naruto would win.
The Fox knows if Naruto dies, he dies, so the Fox would keep Naruto alive and give some of his (Fox) Chakra to Naruto. True that Hiei is fast, but it doesn't mean that Naruto couldn't find a way to get him.
SPOLIERS:
If you haven't seen the latest Naruto Manga, then you would not know the power of the Fox Demon. In the Manga, Naruto has now fully grown his fourth tail. Oro is currently being defeated by Naruto. One of the greatest attacks is that he gets Chakra and forms it into a ball. It then shoots out at the opponet.

I'm not sure.. from what I've seen of Naruto's abilities so far, I think Hiei would kick his a**... Mainly because he's a demon with many powerful abilities, and he has experience. But I haven't really seen the fox's power yet, so maybe Naruto could be stronger. But for now, Hiei would win with his jagan, speed, and sword skills.

I think Naruto would have a hard time dealing with Hiei's sword. Naruto's Rasengan is a close-range technique, and going against a sword-user disallows most close-range fighting. But I agree with ES, Kyuubi would recognize when Naruto's life is in danger and release whatever power it would take to save his host's life. I think in general, Hiei is the obvious pick for winner, but like always, Naruto would haphazardly come up with some way to save his own tail.

Naruto may be slow, but the Fox Demon certainly is NOT, so that rules out the speed issue. Also, the fox demon gives Naruto a chakra barrier to, even if it's only slightly, protect him from some attacks. And, in agreement with E.S., that fox demon is one freakishly powerful being who intends to stick around.
Besides, even if Naruto doesn't have a killing insinct, the demon does.
I have to go with good ol' Naruto.

Well, Hiei does have that third eye. If Naruto did not use the kyuubi, Hiei would definitely win. He's like a shorter version of Itachi. However, this is judging that it might be the twelve-year-old Naruto.
If this were the fifteen-year-old Naruto, it may be a stalemate, and Naruto may be able to game some advantage over Hiei. O_o
