  Republic Senate Building
General Information:
The Senate Building, also known as the Senate Rotunda, Senate Tower, Convocation Center, or Senate Dome, was the building on Coruscant in the centre of the Senate District which served as the seat of the Galactic Senate from the end of the Great Sith War until the end of the Old Republic, also serving as the seat of the Imperial Senate during the Galactic Empire, with the Grand Convocation Chamber at its heart. The designers claimed that any weapon capable of destroying the Chamber would also have to be powerful enough to destroy the entire planet, making the facility invulnerable against sabotage or orbital bombardment.

I am here to bring hope, civility, and peace.....   ♕Connor Lynn Quanera♕ 18 Senator Naboo's Hidden Rose ♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕ Connor walked around in the Senate building socializing with the other public figures. She politely shook hands, began friendly conversations, and spread her own political views. She was a Senator from Naboo who spent most her time inside the planet, and had now gained the experience to travel to international meetings to debate what was going on in the republic. There was a meeting that would be happening soon, and Connor would be a part in it. It was a huge event that Senators from all around the galaxy would attend. ♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕ ……let's make these things a reality!

Sudden as if someone had entered the room uninvited which he has there was a suddenly burst of shouts and yells. There next was a powerful yell form a voice while known not only by the Jedi Order but by the Senators in the chamber all too well. "Quiet!" it was Jedi Knight Neo. He seemed to have just got back from his mission on Hoth. He had not contacted the Order about his return. He usually left that to Marcus to do. "Jeez, I was banned from the debate chamber not the general building..." he told one of the guards trying to block his way. "Not only that I'm her on a mission so get out of my way please. I don't need anymore diplomats causing me issues..." he said as he showed the guard a holo disk record confirming this. Thought a bit reluctant the guards moved aside, but not without warning him.
As he walked though four elite soldiers follow behind him. Their gear and arm seemed to be battle scared and worn. Neo himself currently a Jedi General seemed to have some cuts and minor woulds over his exposed torso. His battle arm guard and gloves seemed to have many scraps, dents, and was worn a bit too. People looked at the jedi and began to comment on the way he dressed and acted. But one could not blame him, he was from the slums of the planet were he was treated like trash and barely made it as a Jedi, but it was because of this he grew stronger and his achievements in battle were decent and respected. "Guards head to the top balcony floors and watch from above..." he said to his troops who quickly said "yes general" and obeyed.
Neo than stopped in front of none other than the lovely Naboo senator. He than out of respect bowed his head to her. "Good evening Senator..." he said as he seemed a bit rough in appearance, but was polite. "I have been tasked with being your guard until order otherwise or dismissed by you..." he said as he now looked up at her. "Please apologize for my appearance, I usually walk around shirtless, but not with dirt and so many healing scraps and bruises..." he joked with a smile. "Omega Squad and I will be with you for a while so yea..." Neo stated as he than remember to state his name. "Oh my name is Neo Ti Rhea....sorry about that, how rude of me..." he said as he scratched the back of his head.
Others around the two seemed to be bother annoyed and shocked that a Jedi would show up in his appearance. One senator hand to nerve to comment about his rough and unpleasant appearance. Neo himself only ignored such as the room filled with some laughter at him, while some respected his appearance and only hoped Neo didn't think all senators acted so rudely to the jedi. One of his elite troopers however spoke up.
Elite Troop #1:"How can you speak so rudely to a man that just finished a harsh battle to protect this Republic!? He watched many of his loyal troops fall in battle and he himself risk his life to save so many troops and citizens loya...." But the trooper was interrupted by Neo's hand rising in the air to silent him.
Neo sighed for a moment before crossing his arms. "Let them speak their minds soldier, I am a one of a kind jedi and hell of a general..." he said as the other soldiers just smiled and one put his hand in his face before shacking his head. Neo than turned his attention back to the senator. "I again apologize if my um...appearance bothers you in anyway..." he said as he now waited for the Senator to address him, for this moment on she is now the one to command him besides the Jedi Councils.

I am here to bring hope, civility, and peace..... ♕Connor Lynn Quanera♕ 18 Senator Naboo's Hidden Rose ♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕ Senator Quanera had a few people with her at the moment. There was her Captain in charge of Security, her father who was always beside his daughter, and her body double who followed around just incase of emergency. Connor looked at the Jedi and gave a slight bow, she was always usually polite unless a heated debate took place, but she was never rude. She gave the Jedi a slight bow and looked at him, "Your appearnce is fine with me, I thank you for serving the Republic. Your efforts are always appreciated Jedi Master Neo." Connor paused for a momentum as the roar of voices began to leak out from the closed doors inside the senate room. She had to be there shortly, it was almost her turn to speak.
Turning her attention back over to Neo, Connor quickly addressed the matter of her security. "I appreciate the thought Master Neo, but I do not require Jedi Security. I shall be safe inside the chamber, but if you wish you may stay outside and wait for my exit." Connor's head security officer looked at the Senator in disbelief, he was worried about her safety. He knew that any Jedi was better protection than a man with a rifle. Connor's father Amminius Quanera quickly looked as his daughter and spoke to her in a sincere tone. "Daughter it would be wise to have the Jedi around, with what you propose could place your life in danger." Connor turned her head to the side, her long blonde locks falling over her shoulder. "Do not be worried, everything will be fine." Connor proceeded into the Senate Debate Room and took a seat as did her decoy, and captain. The doors shut as her father stayed behind, "I would request you stay." Said Amminius before proceeding into the room and joining the company of his fellow Naboo representatives.
Connor listened as Senators began yelling, their voices echoing from the large spacious room. Her pod holding the three other people quickly took center stage. The Head of Senate shouted, "SILENCE!" and the voices quickly became silent. Connor stood up and waited to speak as the Head of Senate said, "Senator Quanera wishes to address a matter." Connor held the microphone near the podium in her pod and spoke with clear, and strong voice. "People of the Republic, I come before with some important actions that must take place. I believe that our very government has been compromised." Connor took a quick pause, "About a millennium ago our Republic was reborn after being oppressed by the Sith and Empire. Now, we have a similar issue arising. I propose we have each Senator be tested, that all Jedi presence be removed from a Senate position unless called upon. There is a large chance that the Sith could be among us right now, manipulating us, and forcing us down a path we do not wish to follow. Thank you for listening." Chatter began to erupt the senate seemed louder then ever, the Head of Senate tried to quiet them down but more senator took the stage with extreme anger.

Neo nodded in agreement and acceptance to the senator. "As you wish..." he said as he watched her and many of the others enter the chamber. A few particular senators that had a distaste for the jedi knight gave him a sneer before entering. His elite squad only looked on in disbelieve at the rudeness that he was getting, but some senators only saw him as a tool of war and nothing more. "That is why I can never get involved in diplomacy..." he said to himself and his squad.
Neo could hear the senators strong voice the Head of States ordered the chamber to silent. But it erupted again after her short speech. Many voices demanding that she be tested and that she wanted the chamber to be unprotected if a sith or dark jedi is found among them. Neo himself could not only sigh a bit as he seem in some disagreement with the senator, but understood her concerns with the Jedi being presence in the chamber. "She has points, but she is being a bit too extreme in my sense..." he said as it was not simple even in this age to test someone. A dark jedi or sith for example was still skilled at getting under the radar mentally and physically when it comes to physical exams.
As he waited for the arguing to stop his squad began to scan the area Neo himself simply waited outside and seemed to have very little interest in the matters going on inside. But he still listened as it seemed to something could happen at any time. "I don't know how Marcus can deal with these people, so rash and easily swayed to join sides..." he said as exclude the Naboo senators and those that did not mock is appearance. "It easy to tell when one is in a group, but it is hard to tell what group is an enemy when they do not openly announce it and act within the darkness..." he said to himself and his squad. Commander Lee of his squad spoke up saying it was the first time he heard Neo speak like a calm, collective jedi. Neo himself only after that noticed too. "Guess I did...hit me if I do it again..." he said with a grin. And the soldier with a chuckle gave him a "Will do general!"
[ OCC :: Head of senate is called Head of State, Supreme Chancellor is no longer used. Sorry forgot to mention that.]

"It seems your inexperience has created an uproar, you no nothing of the senate and accuse us of such ridiculous allegations as to harvesting the sith." Connor listened to their complaints before placing both of her hands on the outer rim of the podium and looking back at the other representatives. "Why get so angry Senator if you have nothing to hide. Do not let my age fool you,I have studied law and history of the Republic. And to prevent history from repeating we must take precarious methods to ensure justice, peace, and civility remains in the republic." Connor took a pause before speaking once again. "I respect the Jedi, they have done nothing but help the republic since its creation. I believe they have been disrespected by the Republic, because we have other forces intervening in these political affairs. I aim for equality, that everyone be treated fairly, and the only logical step is to have a simple blood work test happen. If we let the with enter, the Republic will find itself in chaos." The audience in the room roared with applause, it seemed that the Senator had clarified her previous statement; This resulted in support of her proposal.
The Head of State asked for the senate to quiet down, he looked around as the room became silent. He cleared is throat before leaning in to speak, "Without any other objections we shall hold a vote tomorrow on whether or not to approve Senators Quanera's proposal. Meeting adjourned." Connor bowed down gracefully before exiting the chamber, her father looked at his daughter with a look of worry. Because of her proposal, it would most likely end up with her life in danger. Not to mention the fact that the elections for Queen of Naboo were coming up. The more she powerful she became, the more threat she would be to the Sith Lords. ♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕ ……let's make these things a reality!

 Full Name: Xan Spellsword Side: Neutral Classes: Soldier Mercenary Energy: 205 Xan calmly trotted into the Senate building, wearing his 'nice' clothes. Undernormal circumstances he would avoid contreversial places like this but Xan was desprate for money and above all else action! Eyeing everything in the building and pondering how he could acquire come of the more valuable items not bolted down to the floor, Xan made his way down the halls banishing the thought of theft as he spotted a nasty looking security guard. “Rabble politics given power due to a popularity contest,” he muttered leaning against a wall. Well they do have a nack for making messes that need a certain skill to clean and I do need the cash. He thought adjusting a sleeve in his jacket. That and I like the five finger discount rule they have during missions.

This whole bill was causing a lot of unnecessary back lash, something Connor wasn't used too. She was seen as a political prodigy, she was the youngest galactic senator since Princess Lea Organa Skywalker. However, this situation was becoming pretty ugly, but all senators go through something like this one time or another.
Connor got smiles and stares from the men as she walked down, she had a reputation of being the prettiest thing on the planet. While, she ignored most of the sexual stares and remarks it was flattering. As she walked see saw someone who looked up to no good. Connor stopped and looked at him with a stare. "Can I help you?" she said politely. ♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕♕ ……let's make these things a reality!

Sight seeing nothing suspicious I swear,” Xan said startled by the sudden voice, he glanced at the voice's owner and smiled, “Oh, um I guess that sounds bad if I would it like that....” Xan eyed the woman before standing straight and scratching his head, “I happen to be in the area and heard the Senate building was a place of 'excitement' so I stopped by.”

Is it the suit? or the hair?!?!” he said a little shocked, then he remembered the situation and made a slight bow then added, “My name is Xan Spellsword, Bodyguard, Mechanic, Cleaner, Garbageman, Babysitter Delivery man, Transporter, Inquirer, Informant, Merchant and all round soldier for hire, might ask your name?” He straightened up and smiled, thoughts racing through his head, If I play my cards right I might not only be employed before the day is up but I might get a nice piece of valuable data! Yeah good food, excitement, merchandise!!

It was obvious to anyone who saw her, that Connor was indeed a natural beauty, but with her beauty came brains as well. This man, Xan, he obviously had no idea what was going on in Coruscant. He could be an excellent ally, and possibly a friend in these rigorous times. Connor took smooth hands and placed them on her face, she had an idea, it was a win win situation for everyone.
Connor's hand slowly went down from her face, to her side. She quickly folded her arms and said to Xan, "My name is Senator Connor Quanera of Naboo. You appear to be a man of many talents Xan. I could use your talents as a body guard and hopefully a friend. You would get a place to sleep, food to eat, and of course some money as well. I am running for Queen shortly, so your help would be appreciated. Would you except this offer?" "I may run and hide but I never tell a lie," Full Name: Xan Spellsword Side: Neutral Classes: Soldier Mercenary Energy: 205 “That's the best offer I've had all day,” Xan said with a smile, The only offer all week too, he thought before adding, “However I have a few conditions, First I have a certain way of doing things and although criticism is fine I ask you not intervene while under combat situations, Second I would like you to consider any advice I may choose to give, Third I would like for you to supply any necessary items I may need for any jobs you might have me do, Forth I would like a licence to carry arms around with me where ever I go. Its a pain to have to hide them where the sun...... And Finally I refuse to fight a Jedi or Sith unless there are at least 12 other men with me, Apprentices and Padawans are fine though.” Xan paused for a moment then extended his hand before adding, “If you fine with that then I'll do anything you like.” Xan had little idea of what lied ahead however an opportunity like this didn't appear often, With a position under the Senator I will be able to hear things many would only hope to know. And she said free meals!
