Sasuke Vs Neji
Sasuke would win because of three reasons. One his eye(can't remember the name), two he's strong, three he's just cool like that!

Neji would beat Sasuke. Hitting the tenketsu would make all Sasuke techniques useless. Also it even says this in the episodes, No one can train internal damage which the jyuuken does

well i think it depends how far you are in the anime, like if your before sasuke runs away then neji would own him but after he runs away sasuke would win

maybe, but it has not shown you how much neji has improved. He only had one fight and is bound to have techniques as well. The Byukugan passes the Sharighan in insight, so Neji would still be able to see Sasuke. No matter how fast he goes.

yea but is neji even fast enough to keep up and the Sharighan is better for close combat fighting (beingable to the what your oppent is going to do before it happens, unlike Byukugan that see's as it's going on

but that is mainly if you are looking in their eyes! With Byukagan you dont even have to look at them
