General Standards
Since this is a Roleplay Guild above all else, one of the many requirements to be a crew member, is to be literate or above. I don't mean ten paragraphs
or perfect grammar. I don't expect that of anyone, but high positions are reserved for crew, which means they need to be literate and grammatically
understandable.
You also need to be active. Since I hope this guild will be large and active, I need a crew who can keep up with the duties of maintaining it. If we always
have to remind you to post, keep up with your characters, or up-date your profiles, then crew is probably not for you.
Lastly, you are able to think for yourself. I don't have to hold your hand every step of the way. You can make decisions for yourself and follow the rules of
the crew members. If you feel like these are things you can do, then by all means put in an application.
Smaller requirements are knowing the rules and enforcing them. Most members like you and you get along with others well. Your easy to talk to
and don't get swept up into arguments very easily. You keep up with your characters and respect others. While these are not exact requirements to
become a crew member, these are things that help your cause.
