Well I have been in the guild since it basically started, yet I noticed no one has really posted in a month or so, so I was wondering if I can help bring it back up or try to with a few of my ideas. I love this guild and I don't want it to die so here are some of my ideas anyways:
Guild cleanout:
This would clean out people who haven't posted ever or only about 5 times that aren't new. It also cleans out old unused forums that nobody have used in a long time.
Guild Role Call:
Everybody who wants to stay in the guild would post on it and those who don't won't be allowed to stay, thus having active people in the guild.
Guild leaders:
Well I have noticed that it hasn't been updated for a while and it should be.
If you need any help just ask me and these were some suggestions.

Yeah I am working on crew and such teddy don't worry about that and I have tried using some time to clean out old unused forums got a few deleted however as far as guild roll call. It sounds like a good idea. However let us get the guild moving and lets give it some time before we do the roll call because some people may not be paying attention to the guild anymore. SO, let us wait on that part but over all you are on the right track as far as what needs to be done.

Roleplay as a whole is going down. I'v noticed a sufficient decrease in RP on multiple guilds and even other mediums where roleplay is normal. As we seem to be a dieing breed I suggest sending out invites to multiple people and trying to drag new roleplayers into the mix.

It seems that as people get older it's like they get over the fun and awesomeness of roleplaying. Which is very very sad. But then again sometimes life just happens. sad It'd be way easier if Gaia had a phone app. Maybe I'll go look that up lol
