The large headquarters of the rebel group dedicated to bringing Homicide Party down from power: 'The Insane Fix'. Located underground through secret tunnels located in the outer city it's no surprise that the base has not been discovered by authorities. It is run and occupied by lower class citizens of the city dead-set on revolution. The base is near a quater mile underground, covers around a square mile and has eight stories. Members are constantly busy and the base is active 24/7. It contains many of its own areas including labs and arms storages.
