Why be alarmed? Why watch at the moment? Many people say not to try and guess the day and the hour, but in recent times, prophecy has been unrolling faster and faster. Look at the middle east for example: Embassies are being attacked, just begging for another war to go on.
Today is a start of the Feasts of Yom Teruah, the Day of Trumpets. In the ancient days of the Jews, they used the moon to help decipher the time of this certain set of feasts and Holy Days, and when the new moon approached, they literally didn't know the day nor the hour, and this is often in association with Yom Teruah! Was Jesus using an idiom in reference to the reaping of the harvest? Likely, very much so!
The Shofar, a kind of trumpet, was used to sound an Alarm, used for rejoicing,
marriage (I'll reveal why this is important), among other things.
I emphasized marriage. Why marriage? In Jewish tradition, the bride is brought for a price (for the Salvation of the Church, this was Jesus' blood), and then later, the groom leaves to be with the father to
prepare a place for their dwelling. Sound familiar?
"I go to prepare a place for you".
The son doesn't know when the father will let them leave while they construct the new addition to their house, so when Jesus said "Only the Father knows," he was most likely using another idiom to hint it was on Rosh Hashanah!
As I earlier stated, the Shofar is also used to sound
alarm. After the Rapture of the Church, this starts the Time of Jacobs Trouble, and who does Jacob represent? Israel.
Daniel 12:2.
After the trumpet is blown and the people are taken into safety, the Time of Jacobs Trouble will take place, the Great Tribulation, the Birth Pains, the Time of Darkness.
What does the Feast of Trumpets also represent? The enthroning of the Messiah. During this time, it is believed the enthroning of the Messiah will take place.
What else is so fascinating about Yom Teruah/ Rosh Hashanah? It stands for the
Last Trump. The Last Trump is blown by God and the seven trumpets blown in Revelation are blown by angels: don't mix up the two!
The signs of the times are showing! Gaza has been forsaken, a big sign showing we were extremely close (Zephaniah 2) and this happened on the 14th of August 2005. 2012 has been teeming with strange sights and the past few years, waters have grown red and animals have been dying off for no reason. A blood moon happened on the first sacrifice in Israel, another prophecy. Talk about two birds with one stone..
Signs in the heavens, sacrifices being done once again, and even now, there are blueprints for the rebuilding of the Third Temple.
Can you just feel the tension beginning to burst?
This could very well be it! Let's cross our fingers!
Could the harvest be in the Fall?
Revelation 14 seems to agree! "Gather the VINE"- When are grapes harvested? Fall! Rosh Hashanah is a
Fall feast.

Eternalrythmflow, I believe, is very sound in his interpretation of scriptures. It's very important to study the Jewish culture and belief to get a better understanding of where we come from.
