I'm 16 and my boyfriend is 19 (please don't judge) and we've been dating for 8 months. I love him, I really do but ever since school started I've been noticing cute guys in my classes. I don't intend to act on it considering I would never cheat on my boyfriend or dump him for someone else so I didn't really bother me until yesterday. Someone said something about the Sadies dance and I starting thinking about cute ways to ask him to go with me but every time I tried to visualize my plan it was to someone else, not my boyfriend. I don't know what to do, I feel really guilty. As for him, last night we were hanging out at In&Out drinking milk shakes and were were just talking about friends and stuff. He says he's been talking to our friend Kat (shes 18 btw) a lot more because she wanted to reconnect with some of her friends. On facebook shes is always talking about being lonely and how lovey dovey couples disgust her. I said "I don't see why no guy likes her, If i was a guy she wouldn't be my type but she has to be someones type! She really cool" and my boyfriend said "Honesty...If we weren't dating I'd probably be with her..." And that just kind of shocked me... I really don't know how to react to that.
Before you post, Please don't talk about how I don't know if I'm in love because of my age, say 8 months is to short, or anything like that.

It's normal to be attracted to people. Just because you're in a relationship or because you love someone doesn't mean that you're going to stop noticing or feeling attracted to other people. So if you guys have any general doubts about your relationship, that's one thing. But don't be scared just because you check out or fantasize about other guys or because your boyfriend finds another girl attractive.
