Nevile - has patches of bravery, and is becoming more of a character. Also, having both of his parents in such a state must be hard on the poor guy and he is brave to live with that.
Ron - I must disagree with ya'all, I think Ron is brave. He follows Harry blindly (ok, that's more stupidity, but whatever) even if he knows that it will be "scary" (example: the thrid book with "follow the spiders"). Also remember that in the frist book he had the brains needed to do what was done and paly the game of chess through even when he was going to be hurt when the queen took him. I think if he stood up to people (i.e. his brothers) more often he would grow at a more rapid speed.
Harry - He's just stupid and whinny not brave, sorry.
Charlie - works with dragons, need anything more be said?

Hermione --> sticking to her believe, which is absolutely brave as a person ... some people can't do that as easily as she can ... she just stands up for herself ... GirlPower!Hermione rocks!
Ginny --> showing herself without fear ... in the fifth book I mean ... she developed a lot in the 5th book ... she's gonna be a GirlPower!Ginny in teh sixth book - definitely!
Harry --> hey, how many times did he face Voldemort again? oh yeah ... 6 times counting the time he was one! How can I forget?! Ok, you get my point.

Nivelle ( remember the order, he wouldn't let harry go all by himself..he was determined to do something)..anyways..I think everyone is Brave in thier own ways...Hermione is Brave to speak her mind to her friends and face danger when she knows very well just how dangerous it is...

I guess if you stretch the word a bit, all Gryffindors are brave. Bravery is one of the attributes of their house after all.

I couldn't agree more. She definitely is brave. Cept for when she was really scared of that troll that one time. (don't mention anything from book 6, i haven't read it yet.)

However, she still had enough wits about her to tell Harry (a) what he should do and (b) cover for Harry and Ron. (Also, one must rememeber that even by that time in the first book, Hermione still thought as a Muggle - seeing a troll would have freaked anyone of us in this guild out. ) It seems to me, that the real deffinition of bravery is acting - espeically whenyou're scared out of your head.
