FireFly Season 2...
I have been hearing stuff from friends...
Turns out, Serenity was such a big hit that FOX is taking FireFly; Season 2 into consideration.
Thats right people, FireFly might be back.. ^^
If you find out any info as to whether this is right or wrong, please, post it.
any Dates, Times, and general information will be greatly admired in this topic.

I have a friend who seems to know everything about anything Joss related. So I'll have to talk to him.
But I would love a season two of Firefly! My first reaction to the poll was, "No! i can't be the same!" But then I thought a little more and said to myself, Self, I said, (sorry, had to quote the drunken willow for a moment. ok, back on topic) "Wait! This is Joss! He kills his characters all the time! It still will be Firefly! Oh, and never underestimate the use of Flashbacks! Joss won't destroy something he's made (that's for Fox to do >.<)"
So, long story short, I think it will still be Firefly, although I will really miss Wash and Book (wash more, becaue he had funny lines and, of course, the dinosuars)

Quite honestly, I wouldn't be surprised. Fox has been known to revive shows that did extremely well in DVD sales. Let's not forget that Family Guy was cancelled at one point, and the Futurama team is being reassembled as we speak.

I'm not sure how it will work with 2 characters gone but I would love for there to be another season, and I trust Joss. So yay!!! Here's to hoping!! biggrin

they will not make another season, they already asked joss and he said no cause he wants to do movies and he is probably going to do 2 more movies. but fox stopped it so they dont get any money from the movies. twisted evil people, they stopped firefly

Firstly, Fox considered, but turned down the idea of Season 2. There's two chances of them making it. Slim, and none. And slim just left town.
And Wash and Book are great, but replaceable. Wash can fly, as can River. Book was the moral of the crew. As is Inara now thats she back.

Season two is slim, very. That's why we need our hope of the Big D@mn Trilogy.
