Recently, I sinned. I masturbated and I need help to overcome the want to do it again.

It was my first time masturbating, and I did it because I simply wanted to know what it felt like. I knew it would be pleasurable, but I didn't do it for that reason, I wanted to just know what it felt like. Now that the deed is done, I feel terrible. I feel very bad to have done it, and because of our intrinsic body setup, I want to do it again. I feel tempted, and I need prayer help. Please pray for me you guys.
