Dolerite was wandering through woods sniffing about for a rabbit or a squirrel or something to eat. She found a bunny and it took off from her and she bounded about and trampled through the bushes towards the food. She laughed and chased it, enjoying the chase and the smell of the fear that she could smell on the rabbit. Her heart was in joy as she chased it down before it slipped into a hole under a rock and she came up short and growled. "Come out food! I want to eat you!" she said with a growl as she dug at the ground trying to get to the bunny.

His growl only a low grumble, Gevuina roamed the woods looking for some meat. As if his prayers were answered, he heard a voice call out from the east. He licked his lips. Maybe not something that he'd eat, but it was definitely going to be some entertaining prey.
Floating several feet in the air Gevuina slithered around the branches of the trees, heading towards the source of the sound. A throaty laugh burst out of him as he saw a tail in the air with dirt flying everywhere. "Playing in the dirt I see." Another laugh. "Tell me, did you lose something? Or are you like a dog, burying bones in the dirt?"

Dol froze as she was in the process of digging when she heard someone talking. She peeked over her shoulder and flicked her tail with a huff. She was almost to the bunny and only smelled it getting more scared. She would have it soon but she wasn't going to share her kill with a dragon, and not one that dared call her a dog! Standing and guarding her hard worked on hole she fluffed her tail and snarled. "I'm no dog and i do not bury bones, i leave them about so others know my skills! You will not get my bunny. Its my food and i will eat it! What do you want flying lizard!"

"Oh, I don't want your itty bitty bunny." He snickered, chuckling at her response. "Go ahead and eat the little vermin, I wouldn't touch something so filthy."
Gevuina flapped his four wings and flicked his tail, looking amuse all the while. The bells on his tail jingled, and the sound almost seemed to take a mocking tone. "And aren't you just a big strong kitty, chasing down an itty bitty bunny... Yes, why don't you show me these 'skills' you speak so proudly of. Unless.. you'er all talk?"

flicking in annoyance she covered up the hole to keep the bunny in there and growled. "What do you mean all talk? Tigers are the strongest in the forest and are the best hunters! We are the strength that keeps this forest alive! What is special about you? no one cares about the dragons any more and your just a grumpy fancy lizard with wings! Big deal! What do you need me to prove? I'm great and i know it and thats all that matters to me." she said with a smirk as she flicked her tail. "You have bells any ways what good are you as a hunter if your jingling and letting them all know your here any ways."

"Looks like all talk to me." Gevuina said slyly. "And for being one of the 'best hunters' you seem a little out of the loop. Rabbits have multiple entrances to their dens. It's probably long gone by now."
He let out another chuckle. "Ooo, and do your words sting; oh no, my poor little heart aches from not being cared about. Oh no, oh nooo!" He brought a paw to his forehead to emphasize his sarcasm. "What will I ever do now?"
Unable to help himself, a throaty laugh burst out. "Hahahaha!" Gevuina smugly smiled at the tiger as he looked down from his perch. "The bells give my prey a chance... Otherwise it's too easy."

Dol looked at him and rolled her eyes and sighed. "I think your just full of it. It might have another exit but this is a rock cliff that this hole is at it probably doesn't. So i'm digging till i check for sure. I still smell fresh fear and rabbit in here some place. During this time of year its harder to always get a deer cause their strong with mating season." she said as she looked at him. "I might be good but i know my limits when i'm not as heavy as something like you. not that your fat but your bones weigh more then mine do." she said with smirk. "Doesn't matter if its easy or not. Hunting is hunting and you dont have to give them an advantage." she said with a flick of her tail.
