Yu has finally decided to crawl out of her corner of the Creative Rambling—words, such lovely things, deadly at times, are, after all, not literally as sharp as a visual image can be; unless you are the wordsmith the gods haven’t even seen. After hosting the Tournament, with my lovely, wonderfully maleficent Lost, I got a bit swamped with other things and pulled away from the tektek part—such a sin, considering I am Vice Captain here. Throw your stones, fellow tektek’ers!

It is time for me—your incredibly foul-mouthed, dallying, host—to rise once again, and offer the pixelated gold I have. Take it ye’ thieves! In return—my poor unfortunate souls—I want you to slay me with your preposterous creations. I want to dread them, fear them, anticipate what you come up with next and downright bow before you and glorify your abilities. Look at me going overboard here. I wouldn’t actually get on my knees for you—unless you paid. Hint hint—shot.
It is indeed a lot, but there is a lot of information so read the front page or I shall...do absolutely nothing and you'll just suffer the consequences. I am honestly just making this for fun, and I hope you guys join and enjoy, but there will be a prize. Below, you shall find further instructions and rules—seeing as all of this here was just babbling of the wise—absurd.☟
You do not have to be a part of the Preposterous to join Thy Fight Club.
Fancy Yu is always fancy, not that that is actually of any importance—but look: I make this s**t colourful! Well...it isn’t all that colourful, but I put effort into it. Do I look like a millionaire to you? No, thought so. Thus this will stretch over a month—sometimes two when I get lazy. No worries—my dear undeniably terrific combatants—I shall make clear if it is the former or latter. The prize will be worth it, unless you’re a gold digger, then I can’t promise it will. Let me make this absolutely clear, so there won’t be any misunderstandings, I am your majesty—you bow down and lick my shoes when I demand such! No, but seriously, I am your judge and these are my rules we play by. Keep that in mind.
If you have any problems with any other contestant, or me for that matter—if you feel that I have treated you unfairly, or came across as rude, that one might be a given, though—feel free to throw me a snarky private message and complain, rant—I am always up for a verbal spar, but you may also speak up in a friendly manner and I’ll resolve the issue either way. If you are just butthurt then that is not my problem and I won’t treat it as such. I like friendly and playing nice—as we all know...
As you might have already gathered, or not considering I am a wordy b*****d and probably haven’t even mentioned it—damn it Yu!—this is a Tektek Contest. Follow whatever instructions are thrown your way, and proceed to execute them to the best of your abilities. There are certain things to this contest that shall be fun, in many ways—which I will explain later in another post. Venture deeper into nihility, Avatards.
There are cheats. There is teaming up. There is backstabbing. There is beauty. Then there is you.
✓Thou shalt have no other judge. ✓Thou shalt respect thy fellow combatants. ✓Thou shalt not steal—or thou shall perish. ✓Thou shalt not use previously made creations. ✓Thou shalt have one entry per round! ✓Thou shalt not change thy entry when submitted! ✓Thou shalt honour thy father and thy mother!
Please abide by these rules or I will make sure you suffer. No kidding there. Start a fight with any contestant within my thread and I will slay you after I skin you. Yu does not tolerate fools, especially not those who don’t speak up when I’ve clearly given you the opportunity to shoot me a private message with the problem you’re having. No thieves, no recycling—please do point those out if you see someone going against that.
There is no gold limit unless I state so otherwise within the Battle News.

Now, I bet you’re curious to know what I meant by my last few sentences within the other post—remember, curiosity killed the cat! But we’re all humans here so that shouldn’t be a problem. Unless you’re Johnnie Walker, the cat-killer—bet ******** gets that glorious reference, without google, cheaters.
But like I stated: you can cheat, you can team up and then backstab your mate.
Sounds like fun, right?
Prepare yourself, for you will not know who is teaming up with who—and you most definitely will not know if your team mate decides to ******** you over. Take a deep breather there, young padawan. Winter is near, and it is going to be damn cold. Then let us move on with these little party crashers!
How to Team Up:
If you decide you wish to team up with any other combatant that clearly shows interest within that area—please make sure you chose someone who is interested—throw a private message their way; if they answer you saying they wish to fight alongside thee—it does not have to be that reply, it can be a simple yes—forward that message to me and I will note down that you two—and there can only be teams of two—will be allies. If someone private messages you again, after you’ve already teamed up, or if you don’t want to team up with them, just say no. Then again you can backstab your previous team mate and just shoot me a message with the subject: cheating on [insert partners name]; joining other forces.
How to Cheat:
Cheats are easy: you pay me off to forbid others to use certain items or you pay me to force them to incorporate them—that way you can mess them up if it is a item you know you’ll rock and it will have to be seen on the avatar, so you can ******** them over big time. Banning cheat costs 3k, forcing an item onto others costs 5k. That’s not it. You can find out if someone is teaming up with another by paying 8k for it and you’ll be given one team name and then you may give me a base they must use. This can be done throughout the entire round; meaning, if someone already sent in their entry and you see they built their avatar around a certain item, all you have to do is pay me off and I'll forbid that item to be used—that person must then remove that item and replace it with a gold shop one.
How to Backstab:
Backstabing is even easier, mean as ******** and hilarious as hell, but you can totally lie by saying you wish to team up with that member—through previously mentioned methods, this is always secret unless someone pays—just to ruin that person's base and backstab them by making your own avatar in the end. Don't you want to make an avatar that doesn't even fit the current challenge and then have them use it? Come on, I know you do. This however, will be mentioned to me. You must tell me you are backstabbing your partner by sending your entry in secret through a private message with the subject: backstabbed [insert partner’s name]; knifed-entry.
Any pay you throw my way goes into the prize pot.
If you are teaming up and forward me such, or are cheating, those all go through private messages and thus I would like you to have your subject line: the Preposterous!
That’s about it with the rules, folks. If you are still confused or unsure, do not fret to ask questions.

『 The Current Preposterous Challenge 』
you are not human. you come from the underworld. your skin doesn't resemble a human, neither do your eyes, but you do have a nice nose, quite pretty, actually, man, a human would envy it.
Let us continue with the prize that will be worth your while and efforts—keep in mind Yu is a bum, the worst there is, and I do have my lovely Creative Rambling I still take care of as well. But you are fighting for the top spot, there is no second or third—I am poor, remember? Teams split the prize, easy put. Losers will just walk away with their pride still intact, and that’s it. Strike me with your beauty.
For a battle is near. Courage and Bravery may come from the same synonyms, but that does not mean they are entirely the same. Are you ready to choose a side and throw the first punch even? Thy Fight Club is a special that runs while the main part of the Preposterous is on-going.
Only one team will win. Only one team will be the king's council. We only have eight spots. Which team do you choose: Guareco or Vyrrabe.
How to Play: Boldly declare whether you choose Guareco or Vyrrabe, then roll a die (die size: 20 -- # of dice 7) within the same post. You will be selected upon doing so, first comes first serves. Each team has four members--choose wisely. Please make sure that if you decide to be part of this game, that you are available when I quote you for the first round of each battle, and to follow the instructions given when quoted.
The winning team walks away with 100k divided by 4 people.
I may also note that the winning team even has a top winner that may nick 10k from the main winning pot if they wish. If this seems unfair to you, quite frankly put, I don't really care. My precious gold goes to cheaters, as you may have already noted from the monstrosity of this contest in itself because every fairytale needs a good old-fashioned villain, and that, my dear combatants, is me.

『 The Clutter Festival 』
How does it work?
Guess at least ten items correctly on the current avatar, which I will share within this post, and win one cheat-scape. You may use your cheat-scape on any cheat someone applies. When you guess the items, please do so in a private message towards me, subject: The Clutter Festival. If any items are guessed openly then they will be banned from being guessed by anyone else, thus you're just ruining it for everyone. Cheat-scapes can be held for as long as you wish, you do not have to use it and you can just pile up on them. First come, first serves--any items that have already been guessed can not be guessed again by anyone else, this means get your s**t together and be the first.
Note: You may not use a cheat-scape for a team entry, unless you pay 2k for it.
If anyone guesses twenty correct items on one avatar, you automatically win 30k just because I ******** can. You don't even have to enter the current round.
☞ Am I correct in assuming we can switch partners as the rounds continue?
Yes, you are correct to assume such. All ties of being allies are cut after the round is over and done with.
☞ We don't need to team up, right?
No, you do not have to team up.
☞ Did you say to PM you with questions or post them here?
It you have a question you can post it here, but anything that you have to ask your partner--when you end up having one--needs to be in private message with said person. So no one knows who you are teaming up with.
But questions about the contest/challenges that are directed at me should be posted here.
☞What does "Back Stab" mean?
Lets say you team up with me. We make our avatar in private through messages, but then I decide I am going to backstab you. By doing such, I just pretend I am teaming up with you to ruin the base we were supposed to use--so it doesn't look good and you'd lose. And then I secretly tell the host, through a private message, that I am backstabbing my partner and send my own entry there while you still think we are a team and post 'our' avatar.
Did that explain it?
☞What happens when both of the partners want to backstab the other?
That's a damn good question. Then there will just be a 'dead entry,' seeing as one from the team will post it as an entry, but if both private messaged me with a 'knifed entry' their knifed entry will be counted.
That would be amusing though.
☞ can we back stab multiple partners? like team up with everyone, and back stab everyone?
Yes, yes you can back stab each and every person that wants to team up with you. This is why it's fun.
☞ So wait, are you going to be posting who the teams are or is it supposed to be secret or whatever?
If one is interested in having a team, they post saying this: by saying thou shalt follow me into thee war
That way other's know 'hey they want to team up!' and then whoever is in search for a partner can write that person a personal message saying they would like to be their team member, if that person replies with yes, then you forward the message which has the reply 'yes' in it so I know that you two have become a team. Any avatar questions or makings with your team mate will be talked about in private. Anything else you can speak about within the thread.
Once you and your team mate are done with your entry, you decide who posts it because it would be obvious if you both posted the same avatar. So only one of you posts it and I mark it as an entry for both in secrecy.
Does that explain it?

They won't know whether or not that person had anyone PM them, and whether or not they accepted to team up with whoever did PM them.
☞ What if someone asks for you to forbid an item (and pays you still) but at the same time someone pays you to make everyone use that item?
Very good question. If an item was paid off for to be forbidden, then that item stays forbidden during that round and no other person can pay me off to undo it, and vice versa.
☞ When we give you money so that you forbid an item, can the person who paid you still use it or is it everybody?
The person who paid for it to be forbidden for the others may still use it.
