Anyone have any ideas?
And NO
It can not be based off of superheroes from tv shows, movies, mangas, amines, etc.
that means no DC comic characters nor Marvel characters.
It can be preset, it can not be preset.
Either way, we need to get RPs 3 back up and running.
So if you have any ideas...
PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! post them...

This, I'll admit is based off X-Men but hear me out. What say we have a world where people have powers from birth but they don't manifest till later in life. Problem is when they manifest you have two choices, train to master them or ignore it and lose them forever
